Overall good for the price point. Room was nice and seemed recently updated, but lacked a little attention to detail, such as very slanted desk and other minor things. Only real issue we had was I had to fiddle with the AC for a bit before it would cool the room properly (temperature dial seems broken). Nice big fridge in the better king room we got and broiler microwave was nice.

A very well kept no frill economical motel.
This is a basic economical motel. It is clean, has good parking, and almost no frills. The heat works well, a big deal in January in this part of PA! Staff is friendly, bed is comfortable, and the locks work. Not much more to say really. This is the second year I've stayed here while visiting a friend and his kids in the area after the Cabin Fever Model Engineering show in Lebanon, odds are I'll be staying here again next year.

Completely disappointing
Lengthy review but worth the read… Got the deluxe room to have the mini fridge, as I was staying the night before my daughter’s surgery. She’s a diabetic and we always opt for mini fridges to keep her insulin cold in there rather than on ice packs. The fridge was not cold. My dad told the front office they said after hotel checks they would bring a new one. Never did. Beds are so uncomfortable. Writing this review at 5am as I cannot sleep since my back hurts so bad. The bathroom was dirty… even the envelope with the housekeeper’s information was gross. Half the outlets don’t work. Overall a very disappointing stay for me and my family. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking. I’d rather pay the $50 extra to go stay somewhere else in the area.

This property is old but in decent shape for it's age. The rooms have been recently updated and were clean. The biggest issue we had was someone fired ALOT of fish in the room before us. It smelled really really strongly of fried fish. I know this is kinda weird. Otherwise the room was clean and the overall stay was average.

Within our Budget
the first room they gave us was obviously slept in and used. They apologized and gave us another room but it sort of set the tone. Mattresses were broken down and the pillows were flat and hard. The toilet had to be flushed several times and the handyman said it was the handle (not), the outlets were so bad things would not stay plugged in. The room smelled musty. Would not recommend this motel, do not know how this got a 7 or more rating. Staff was friendly, helpful, only redeeming point.
