„Great Location!“

„The property was nice. Transportation into town was difficult due to the distance. It took over 30 minutes to get an uber or cab. The price was high for the nightly rate and the rooms at the Boardwalk could use a little refreshing. The staff was nice, however I have had better service at resorts that cost the same price. Lastly, the resort does not offer a shuttle service around the property. I found this odd… I had to walk from the main check in area (different building) with my luggage ...

„Overall our stay was fine with a few issues. 1. Location is not the best, would look for other options closer to French Qtr. 2. Thin walls, could hear neighboring rooms. 3. Visible code compliance issues. Door to room did not have smoke gaskets, windows were inoperable could not have been used for emergency egress. 4. No thermostat in room, no control of room temperature. Will not return.“

„Dana vom Empfang war sehr nett. Unser Gepäck könnten wir ab 11 Uhr abgeben. Das Zimmer gab es an 15 Uhr. Wir kannten stayApt schon aus San Antonio. Gerade die Küche ist hilfreich. Mir persönlich würde im Bad eine Dusche reichen. Hier gibt es eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Das Hotel ist recht neu. Der Gesamteindruck ist positiv. “

„We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. “
