Everything about Gaylord was 1st class, definitely expensive but generally worth it. However, the link with Expedia was absolutely outrageous. Gaylord could do nothing, they knew nothing. Every change or question or add to or whatever, “we don’t have that info or we can’t do that, you’ll have to contact Expedia”. Pain! Hassle! We will NOT use Expedia again. Had the SAME experience last week with a different hotel.
