One of the best Hotel we know in Vietnam! Service was excellent, very helpful and kids friendly. The room, beach front, was quite loud but it was possible to sleep without ear buds. The music from the beach was loud till midnight. The curtain couldn't block all the light so we never had it really dark. Breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our day. We will definitely come back!

Schönes Hotel, gut gelegen, schöner Rooftop -Pool
Schönes, am Strand gelegenes Hotel..- tatsächlich 4 Sterne noch! Die Bauaktivitäten nebenan waren gestoppt…- Zimmer sind allerdings zum Strand laut - hat mich aber nicht gestört- und haben eine sehr schöne Aussicht!! Frühstück ist sehr sehr vielfältig- sehr gut! Man findet auch immer einen Platz!

Hotel und Personal sind sehr gut. Allerdings ist die Umgebung direkt an der Kilometerlangen Strandpromenade eventuell nicht jedermanns Sache. Ist eine Kreuzung aus Las Vegas und Mallorca (Ballermann). Hotels, (Karaoke)Bars und jede Menge Menschen. Da ist bis in die Morgenstunden halt was los.

Schönes Zimmer, schöner Pool, toller Meeres-Blick von Spa, Pool und Restaurant. Wirklich bemühte Mitarbeiter! Toller gratis Hotel Shuttle. Erste Reihe Strand an sehr schöner Stelle vom Strand. ACHTUNG: Direkt links und rechts vom Hotel wird es Baustellen geben und Gebäude welche sehr eng am Hotel stehen werden und die Sicht der meisten Zimmer stark beeinträchtigen werden.

Houl mit einzigartigem Service und Herzlichkeit
Wir blieben im Dezember 2018 für 4 Nächte in dem Hotel. Die Lage hatten wir als Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung von Hue und Hoi An ausgewählt. Der Service im Hotel ist überragend. Das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns immer willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Obwohl das Hotel ziemlich groß ist, ist die Betreuung sehr persönlich. Es sind die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die dieses Hotel so besonders machen: Der Türsteher begrüßte uns immer herzlich, am Pool bekamen wir sofort ein Handtuch angeboten und als wir nachmittags durch die Lobby kamen, wurden uns freundlich Tee und Kuchen angeboten (gibt es zur Tea-Time immer gratis). Besonders nett half uns die Concierge Uyen, die uns mehrere Varianten für unsere Ausflüge vorschlug und uns auch einen kostenlosen Transport zum Bahnhof am Abreisetag organisierte. Sie buchte uns auch die Tickets für unsere Weiterreise nach Quy Nhon und kümmerte sich auch ganz reizend darum, dass wir auch wirklich in unserem nächsten Hotel ankommen. Der Pool am Dach des Hotels ist sehr schön angelegt, bietet einen tollen Rundumblick und ist angenehm, um ein paar Stunden zu entspannen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es bietet lokale, chinesische und japanische und westliche Gerichte sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse. In der Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Seafood-Restaurants, aber auch verschiedene Restaurants mit internationaler Küche.

The included breakfast was great. Lots of fantastic food to choose from. Also loved the proximity to the beach. The afternoon tea service was a bonus. Had the couples massage and it was great. Would recommend this place to friends. Loud at night, due to being close to evening activities along the beach promenade.

Our room has a view of the beach which is nice. However, it does get noisy at night. There's party music going past midnight so this may be a problem for light sleepers. The welcome drink was just bottled water. The staff seem to be less friendly probably because of the large volume of customers

Myself and my spouse thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was excellent. They were attentive to every need. The hotel was across the street from a very large walk way and beach. Tourist attractions were also within walking distance or very short grab taxi ride. Breakfast was multicultural with many options available.

Despite a delayed check in, we really enjoyed our stay at HAIAN. It was both walkable to the beach and also to restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and spacious. And the kids loved the swimming pool. We would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The pool was very clean, the view from the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options. Room was clean. Complementary afternoon tea with cakes, fruits, coffee and tea. Front desk hostess and bellmen were nice and attentive. Highly recommended!!

Staff was friendly and great customer service but at times no hellos or how are you’s sometimes help from the bellboys and the maids friendly people but desk wasn’t all that could do better so train people to smile more and greet people but not be fake because you can tell when someone is fake and the manager of the property don’t hide behind the desk I saw you and don’t even ask us how our stay was that was pretty shameful but everyone has there own opinions and I won’t be staying there again

The service at the hotel was top notch. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Beach towels are available at the front desk. At the beach across the street, loungers and large umbrellas are available for a small fee. The location is very walkable to restaurants, beach bars and shopping. The breakfast had many choices. I can safely say this was my favourite stay in Vietnam. The hotel is right across the street from the beach. The rooftop pool and bar was my favourite place to spend the day. The staff there were so sweet and helpful. Breakfast options were plenty, my favourite as well. Highly recommend and would stay again!
