Freundlicher, effektiver check-in. Ganztags Kaffee, Tee, Kakao und Cider in der Lobby verfügbar. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Zimmer geräumig mit genügend Stauraum und sauber. Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und AC vorhanden. Bad mit Duschwanne, separates Waschbecken. Fenster zu öffnen. Frühstück ab 6 Uhr mit warmen Anteilen und Auffüllung. Insgesamt für das hochpreisige Custer eine wirklich gute Wahl.

Gutes Hotel mit Fußmarsch-Potential
Gutes Hotel zum günstigen Preis. Etwa 1 km bis in die Stadt. Von dort aus ist Creazy Horse und Mt. Rushmore bequem zu erreichen. Das sind auch die beiden "Must-See's"! Custer...Westernstadt...naja.. da schon eher Hill City oder Deadwood!

Bertina at breakfast and the young man who checked us in and the gentleman housekeeper were all very nice. It is a Super 8 not a hilton but the attitude of the staff made it better!. Breakfast options were sparse but presented with care and pride.

We do offer a hot breakfast with rotating options such as biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and tortillas paired with scrambled eggs throughout the week and many cold options such as danishes, toast, bananas, oatmeal, and two options of cereal.

Clean, quiet, low key, and dog-friendly. A really well-working shower and on-site laundry were bonuses for long hiking day trips. Room had a fridge and a microwave. Staff were all pleasant and helpful.

Walls are paper thin. Awakened by upstairs and outside arguments multiple nights. Bathroom fan was so loud i think i suffered some hearing loss. Free breakfast items were cold and flavorless. Coffee tasted bad. Bed was hard and tossed and turned between noisy awakenings. Recommend only as last resort if coming through.

Don't book the 3 Queen room, you wont get it!
I booked the three queen room and was given two queens. The hotel blames hotels.com for the incorrect information and refused to switch us. Finally got a roll away but room was very small for that. Hotel is very basic and outdated. Breakfast was terrible.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. Breakfast was weak. Coffee was empty, eggs were cold, and no meat. Price was reasonable.

Just to let you know, we do have 2 coffee stations so that we can better serve the guests when one runs out. I did know about the eggs being cold and that was because another guest had shut them off. I apologize for that.

Very friendly welcome at check in. Room was clean. Great laundry facilities. Hot tub was an added bonus. Breakfast was decent, hot choices were waffles or biscuits and gravy. Cereal, juice and coffee as well.

We were so happy with every aspect of this stay. They had the most comfortable bed and pillows and the staff were amazing. We enjoyed a good solid breakfast to start our day amd the town is simply charming.
