Gli apprezzamenti che ci riservi sono motivo e sprone per proseguire sulla strada intrapresa, nel tentativo di offrire sempre un servizio che pone il cliente al centro delle nostre attenzioni, facendolo sentire, come dice il nostro slogan : "...a casa, lontano da casa..." Ricordo solo che siamo un agriturismo e che a volte il servizio biancheria non e' quello di un hotel. Ma cercheremo comunque di fare tesoro di questo consiglio. Grazie

We are very sorry that you had this bad impression of our structure. We and our staff always try to put the customer at the center of our attention. Ours is a farmhouse / B&B and we don't have the ambition of a 5-star hotel, not even the prices. The services offered are very clear, we do not have the restaurant and we serve "only" a rich and abundant breakfast that we have offered to you even though you have presented yourself well beyond the hours of service, this with regard to the food. The price of the room includes access to the wellness area (sauna, Turkish bath emotional shower, kneipp path and jacuzzi) and we also provide towels, bathrobes and slippers. We always offer hot water, coffee and cakes in the breakfast room and in the SPA. I don't think many other B & Bs can offer the same services for the same price. I remember that you had exclusive access to the SPA for several hours a day and no one asked you to respect schedules, but we left you all the time you wanted. As for the alleged rudeness of the staff person, we can guarantee his maximum cordiality. I'm just saying that the B&B is for non-smokers and if you smoke in the face of newborns the rudeness is yours and certainly not the staff that tells you that smoking is forbidden. We have a lot of respect for our customers and we invite you to come back and give us a chance to let you change your mind. CASA MARGHERITA STAFF
