Es war sehr schön. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss, das um halb sechs früh die meisten Liegen am Pool reserviert wurden. Dann waren viele davon zwar reserviert, aber teilweise nicht benutzt. Hier sollte das Personal mal eingreifen. Der Mensch allgemein scheint krank zu sein.

Würde ich sofort wieder buchen!
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wohn- und Schlafbereich gut getrennt. Grosser Balkon. Im Zimmer hat es alles was man benötigt. Das Essen und der Service waren hervorragend. Der Strand ist sauber und gepflegt. Allgemein wurde die komplette Anlage sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Ambiente am Abend ist einfach wundervoll. Grosser Pluspunkt für Vegis und Veganer: Es gibt ein Vegetarisch/Veganes Restaurant das ich sehr empfehlen kann! Auch in den anderen Restaurants gab es viele Optionen für Menschen die rein pflanzenbasiert essen. Unterhaltung für Gross und Klein. Ich war wunschlos glücklich. Danke!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt zusammen mit meiner Schwster. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Essen war lecker aucu am Buffet. Da gab es auch täglich was anderes. Auch die A la Carte Restaurants waren toll. Referieren musste man nie und konnte einfach gehen. Mein Favorit war The Grill.Tipp vorallem fürs Buffet ist vor 19:30 zu gehen. Einzig das sehr emsondere Japanische Restaurant Ayami mit Live-Koch hat sehr begrenzt Platz. Da muss man entweder früh da sein oder wie wir 90min auf einen Platz warten. Dies konnten wir aber in der Lobbybar tun. Die lobbybar ist empfehlenswert da freundicihr Mitarbeiter. Covid-Bedingt waren nie alle Restaurants offen, aber es gab eine liste die wöchentlich wechselte. Fürs mittagessen kann ich die Pizzen im Toscana empfehlen oder dort wo The Grill abends ist. Hier kriegt man Wings, Pommes, Burger, Sushi, etc. Die Mitarbeiter allgemein waren sehr nett. War viel los im Buffet musste man teils länger warten auf das nachfüllen vom Wasser. Der Zimmerservice war gut. Minibar wurde immer wider aufgefüllt und auf dem Bett gab es manchmal auch ein Tier aus einem Tuch. Einzig drei mal waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden, da der Zimmer service erst nach 16:00 Uhr kam und wir eigentlich ins Zimmer wollten. Mühsam war dies vorallem an unserem letzten Tag vor Abreise, da wir eigentlich auch noch packen wollten. Hatten anfangs ein Problem mit der Toilette, aber Anruf an Rezeption genügte und es kam nach 15min jemand vorbei.

Room service - no recogen los platos en días El servicio de repartir bebidas en la piscina es muy demorado y lento y se olvidan de lo que se pidió Ascensores y pasillo sucios La advertencia de que no se puede fumar en ningún espacio del hotel te la hacen cuando llegas no en la pagina web y los espacios de fumar son demasiado lejos de la propiedad por tanto te puedes poner en riesgo

We love the beach area with lots of coconut trees for a shade, loved the theater too. The restaurants food were ok and the restaurant itself were so hot specially at the Grill no fans, we where placed without air-condition during our dinner and it was so awful, we weren't able to enjoy our dinner at all. Eleven of us in our group noticed staff at the restaurant for dinners always in a rush. It has been every year for the past 5 yrs. coming to Cancun, Isla Majeures, Playa del Carmen the staff always do things above and beyond but the staff in Catalonia Grand they can't deliver what they promise to me did happened 3 times. I did finally give up and said to my group not coming to this brand again Sorry.

It was absolutely wonderful. All the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Anything we needed or asked for was brought to our room quickly and I felt very very safe. I’d stay here again 100 times. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for high quality experience I would chose Catalonia .

Las instalaciones se ven bien , recientes por no decir nuevas ,las habitaciones muy bien , aunque el baño parecía sucio , faltan elevadores tienes que usar mucho las escaleras , no hay muchas opciones de baño , el personal de los restaurantes muy amables , para hacer el check-in parece que son nuevos se tardaron , no le encontraban y encima ya ni te explican nada , nada más te mandan un QR y ahí dios que te bendiga , o quizá como pasa la mayoría de las veces a los nacionales no se da la misma atención que a los extranjeros , nos mandaron solos a la habitación nisiquiera se tomaron la molestia de indicarnos por dónde y luego sin elevadores , la primera impresión es la que cuenta y en ese momento ya estábamos arrepentidos del lugar , la playa no es bonita , todavía hay mucha vegetación , y el mar es agresivo en esa zona no acto para niños , el oleaje es fuerte , pero es muy privada por el difícil acceso , en piscina y playa no hay casi personal que te atienda tienes que andar correteandolos , y tampoco se te acercan mucho a ofrecerte bebidas , no hay mucho que hacer literalmente en el hotel , el área de niños cierra muy temprano , las actividades que hacen no muy vistosas , vas al bar y te atienden de mala manera , sin duda no regresaría , muy caro para lo poco que se ofrece , no gasten en este hotel no vale la pena.

The hotel in general is amazing, beautiful and, clean. The staff and services are really good. The restaurants are good, but the best is The Blove. There were some things that I did not like, such as a strange smell throughout the hotel, or at least on the first floor, as if the pipe were broken. The bathrooms do not have an extractor fan. And everything closes at 10pm

Beautiful hotel with good infrastructure for adults and kids. Drinks were very average, made with low quality alcohol and tons of soda to save on other ingredients. Food was very fresh and delicious. Amazing ceviche on the Peruvian station and the buffet was breathtaking. Looooots of options! Not a lot going on at night, if you are looking for shows etc. Staffing in general was very gentle. Their service was not great although. Staff don’t have good internal communication and if you have any extra needs from customer service, be prepared to get stressed. Other than that, great place for the price.

The property is beautiful. Well suited for families without being your typical massive kids resort. I liked that it was walkable with lots of food options. The different vibes at the pools is great because depending on your mood you may want something more upbeat or more chill. One pool hosts the activities and has loud music during the day whereas the other pool is a more relax vibe with no activities. The strip in the centre of the resort is lively and great for the kids at nighy. There is a DJ at night and a different kids activity (face painting etc). The lobby bar has great vibes and service and nice place for adults to grab a drink. Think was our second visit and I wouldn’t hesitate going back a third time.

It was a pleasure to spend my time with my son at your resort! Nice people working there and good food and drinks! I especially liked the entertainment in the evenings! Much better than many other resorts I visited!

The food and staff were terrible at the resort. We felt like we were bothering anyone and everyone for anything we needed service wise. This resort is by no means five stars.
