My wife forgot a shell that my son had found and gifted to her, the owner went out of her way to take the shell to FedEx and send it back to my wife. This act of kindness made a huge difference to my wife. Great house and even better owner.“

„The house was amazing. The host, Brad, responded immediately when we did have one question. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Everything was well stocked including beach towels, towels and extra bedding, coffee, toilet paper and paper towels. They had bikes and items for the beach. The garage was spacious. It was beautiful and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.“

„Location to the Del is fantastic. Front of home is on a side street with street parking 15’ from the master bedroom. Entrance to home is through the backyard/front yard. Nice parking off the street. Most of the bedrooms do not have an attached bathroom. The master bedroom upstairs has a shower built for a super model. Yes very tiny!! „We stayed for the month of July. This was our seventh July in Coronado having before stayed near 7th and G, 10th and I, 10th and E, and Ynez near 10th, and this was our favorite location yet. It is conveniently located near Orange avenue and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store, and less than two blocks to the beach. „We had the most fantastic stay at this property…we didn’t want to leave. Valerie was wonderful…she checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and to give us recommendations. My husband and I were in town visiting family. When we weren’t busy, we just enjoyed relaxing at the house.
