Die Lage des Hotels war super zur Erkundung von Kopenhagen und dessen Highlights. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und jeden Tag frisch. Vor allem die Brötchen und das Müsli waren wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great value for money, but do not choose a “Railway” room if you are sensitive to noise. It would be more appropriate if the luggage storage were kept locked and access controlled and not just having a surveillance camera installed.

Das Hotel Østerport ist das ideale Hotel für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Es ist super an den ÖPNV angebunden, die Metrostation befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. In wenigen Haltestellen befindet man sich am Hauptbahnhof. Das Zentrum Kopenhagens kann man auch gut in zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Alle beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind also in der Nähe. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber des Hotels. Das 4-Bett-Zimmer ist für vier Personen zwar recht klein und mit wenigen Ablagemöglichkeiten ausgestattet, allerdings war alles Nötige vorhanden und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit unsere Gepäck vor dem Check-In im Hotel zu lassen und wir haben unseren Zimmer sogar 2 Stunden vor Check-In-Zeit bekommen. Es gibt ein Zimmer um selber seine Klamotten zu bügeln. Das Reinigungspersonal war auch sehr nett, vor allem Trexie. Nicht gefallen hat uns die Züge des benachbarten Bahnhofs, die sehr laut waren. Ausserdem war das Frühstück teuer, mit wenige Auswahl und mit Essen schlechter Qualität

The whole room was shaking
I was not informed of any kind that my room will be just next to the railways, literally where multiple trains are passing by minutes-wise. I asked the hotel if I could be changed to another room and was told that only with additional costs which was 75DKK a night. Even though the room has "sleep kit", you can hear and FEEL the trains so badly that it is impossible to sleep at night without waking up or having bad dreams. Not sure if it is because that my nights were redeemed from the nights I collected on Hotels.com, but this kind of service for assigning room to a gold member of Hotels.com or even letting this room be an option for the travellers is not acceptable! What happened to the Danish Hygge?! We learnt our lessons and will never stay here again.

Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen Kurztrip nach Kopenhagen benötigt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, die Bäder frisch saniert, der Zimmerservice super. Das Frühstück (125DK pro Person) ist sehr vielfältig, frisch und gut. Einen Nachteil gibt es: einige Zimmer befinden sich an der Bahnlinie. Die Züge sind sehr kaut.

Das Zimmer war supersauber, die Bettwäsche knackig frisch, das Bett groß und von guter Qualität. Leider gab es kein einziges deutschsprachiges TV-Programm (...), und es gab keine Ablage im Bad, das Waschbecken schmal, und es war trotz geschlossener Fenster im oberen Stockwerk ab frühmorgens wirklich richtig laut durch die fahrenden Züge (Ohrstöpsel sind nicht so mein Fall). Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit, dieses habe ich vor längerer Zeit anders erlebt. Die "neue" Eigentümer haben einen Stimmungswechsel spürbar geschafft...

Eigentlich ist in diesem Hotel soweit alles o.k., aber das Hotel liegt direkt an Bahngleisen zum Bahnhof Oesterport. Zimmer mit runder Nummer liegen auf der Seite des Bahndammes und der Zugverkehr (S-Bahn und Fernverkehr) wird erst ab Mitternacht weniger.Auch wenn die Fenster gut lärmgedämmt sind. Ich würde noch einmal dort übernachten, aber nur in einem Zimmer mit ungerader Zimmernummer.

The hotel is very nice and clean with adequate amenities. The breakfast is delicious and healthy with many choices. The staff are very friendly and diligent. Though the location is not in busy city center, it is close to train station, metro and bus station with convenient transportation. A supermarket is just across the street. There are quite a few dining places within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time.

Stayed just one night but very convenient. Across from the Østerport train and metro station. Rooms clean and tidy. Trains noise not too bad, looks like thick glass and ear plugs provided on the night stands but didn’t need them.

Very close to the station of DSB, Metro and etc. As it is true that a room facing the rails is a bit noisy, I had good sleep during my stays. Will come back here whenever I have a chance to revisit Copenhagen.

This was an intresting one as I have never stayed at a hotel without clothes hangers EVER and no fridge or safe either. Poor in my opinion for a hotel in this price range. Breakfast didn’t have much choice but you could tell it was quality and if you’re a light sleeper then this hotel isn’t for you as trains thunder past all night, next to train track. Never had the cleaners come to the room at all in four days and I had to empty the bin myself. All in all this hotel isn’t for me though it’s a 25 minute direct train to airport, very easy indeed.

The hotel was so convenient, clean, and friendly staff. The room was was comfortable with a window and quiet. It is right across from the Østerport train station so very convenient for getting all around Copenhagen. The breakfast buffet is extra but a good deal and has a variety of fresh food. There is also a small bar area. It is walking distance to the citadel park, little mermaid, and about a mile walk to Rosenborg Castle or Amailiasborg. The only down side is you can hear the trains pass by so if you need absolute quiet to sleep it might not work.

When we booked our stay, we were happy that the hotel is close to the train station, but our happiness went away when we arrived and realized that right under our window there is a ralliway. We were in a ground flor, so the noise of all those trains was really loud. Even though the hotel offers an earplugs, we would not stay here again for this price.

An excellent location for public transport. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but quite basic. The bedside shelves were tiny and there were no USB points. The shower good but there were no shelves in the bathroom or in the shower.

Trevligt hotell med trevlig personal.
Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Fantastisk frukost. Ligger precis vid tågstation, så man hör såklart tågen, men jag upplevde inte att det störde min sömn -det finns öronproppar på rummen. Återkommer gärna.
