Keine Rückerstattung
Cityhub Copenhagen hat bei nicht erscheinen im Hotel um eine Rückmeldung gebeten. Trotz rechtzeitiger gewünschter Rückmeldung damit das Zimmer wieder vergeben kann hat es Cityhub Copenhagen abgelehnt zumindest einen Teil des bereits bezahlten Betrags für die gebuchten Übernachtungen zu erstatten. Das kenne ich von anderen Hotels anders.

Ich habe außerhalb noch nie besser geschlafen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist leise. Der Platz im Zimmer reicht vollkommen aus. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Sauna war bei der kalten Jahreszeit eine Wohltat. Die bereitgestellten Seifen sind auch richtig toll. Es gibt sogar Bodylotion.

Gut, aber möglicherweise zu klein.
Alles digital und modern, und ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Allerdings hat das Cubicle-Konzept halt eingebaute Nachteile. Keine Sitz- oder Ablagemöglichkeiten im "Zimmer", Socken anziehen im Stehen, Klamotten auf dem Boden verteilen. Man hat weniger Fläche pro Gast als in einem Jugendherbergs-Schlafsaal. Wer einen Video call macht, muss das entweder im Liegen im cube tun, oder sitzend in der Lobby, wo ständig kommen und gehen herrscht. Für Koffer ist im cube kein Platz, man lagert sie im Schließfach ein und transportiert täglich die benötigten Sachen hin und her. Self Service-Getränke, das nette und hilfreiche Personal, reichlich Duschen und Klos, das ist alles ok. Aber man muss sich im klaren sein, was man mit diesem radikalen Platzkonzept auf sich nimmt.

Tiny room with little social exchange
I was hoping for the advantages of a hostel (meeting people, good conversations) with more comfort. The reality was a tiny tiny room that barely fits two people, and almost no exchange because everything is automated, even pouring yourself a glass of wine at the bar. We paid 30 EUR/day for parking 10min walk away. The bar recommendations from the hotel were great, showers are great and they even have saunas. Overall I would choose a hotel or hostel next time.

This was my first pod hotel experience, and it was easily one of the cleanest, quietest hotels I've stayed in -- in spite of music playing 24/7 and a busy common area, I heard nothing. Had a small issue checking in, but other than that, if I'm ever in Copenhagen again, I'm staying at CityHub.

We stayed in a family room, with 2 sets of bunk beds and private bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The reception/hang out area is excellent. It is open 24 hours and the staff are so helpful and nice. My son spent a lot of time there doing some uni work and my daughter loved the chill out space and watching Mama Mia!! The free lockers are also great, we arrived early at 10:30am. We were able to chill out for a bit, sort our bags and then leave them in secure lockers before heading out to explore. There are some excellent take out places nearby they offer discounts to people staying at the hotel, you can bring your food back to the hang out area and eat there. They have reasonably priced coffee and drinks that are bought easily using your wristband. We did have some issues with wristbands stopping working but the staff were very quick to help and resolve problems so no harm done! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on our next visit!

Good property in a very walkable part of Copenhagen. As an older traveler I was looking for something budget friendly, but still with so privacy. Cityhub fit the bill. Easy access to transportation. Grocery stores and restaurants all around. And the staff was very friendly. The vibe was more low key than other hostels - there was no partying going on that I saw. Lots of families and older travelers like myself. The common spaces were always clean. Only downside was the mattresses. Seems like the $89 ikea ones that had maybe seen better days. I made it work, but be aware if you have back issues like myself. WiFi was fine for working. There was a lack of decent seating in the main area. That cod be improved. Would have been nice to work outside of my hub more. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend if you are looking for a budget option in Copenhagen.

We stayed in a private 4 bed room. It was clean, had room for all of our stuff and was quiet even though it was the very first room by the door everyone walks by. The vibe was clear to hang out in the lobby with all the seating and serve yourself drinks and quiet relaxation in the back. Only thing that was odd was the window with opaque glass from the bathroom to the bedroom. You couldn't see through it, but definitely could see body outlines. I have no idea why they designed it that way, but took away some of the bathroom privacy. Also, bunk are suuuuper high, so can't be afraid of heights!

This is an absolutely amazing place. Ultra modern, immacutely clean in every area of the building - rooms, bathroom, shower, hangout. Great communal hangout area that is really relaxed. Great location in the city. Cannot recommend this enough whether solo, couples, or in a group.

Excellente adresse
Etablissement très bien situé, proche du centre ville et des transports en commun. Chambres minimalistes mais confortables et très bien insonorisées. Et les CityHosts sont vraiment très gentils, toujours disponibles, et de bons conseils. En somme excellent séjour au CityHub de Copenhague !
