I love antlers! It’s the right combination of modern and old school. The beds are super comfortable and I also enjoyed the shower! The female bartender from Mississippi is so awesome and we had a lot of fun chatting with her. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

The staff was rude, the hotel was dirty, i literally had a broken window in my room. Will never stay there again. The best part was leaving. Avoid!

Liked the location. A bit dated, Could have used an easy place to plug in my laptop around the desk area. There was nothing in the room to tell me about the hotel amenities, location of things, or in -room dining. I requested this by calling the front desk when I arrived around 7:30PM. They said they'd send it up, but nothing ever came. Overall, a so so experience.

Antlers was very well located, and our room was large and comfortable. The check in staff was friendly, and efficient (and provided a roll out bed at the last moment, as one of us had a head cold, and that flexibility keep the rest of our party healthy!). The parking situation is not great, however - the garage isn't very intuitive, and the validation system is not smooth (calling the garage help line to get let out of the garage b/c the machine can't read tickets regularly is not a great stategy). But the location can't be beat, and the experience was above average.

Yanno I’m just utterly pissed that I booked this hotel for the hot tub and y’all screwed me and my girlfriend on our anniversary and it’s just unacceptable. I called before I booked the night and asked if the hot tub was open and Marissa answered with yes it’s 24/7 access. Then I stupidly booked a 1 bed suite with city view for 158$ and we get there and the hot tub is closed until 8. And then I am getting something from the car and I overhear that the hot tub is closed til tomorrow. Now idk if it’s communication between yalls workers but that was the ONLY reason I booked this hotel.

Centrally located. If you're looking for convenience for accessibilty in and around Colorado Springs, this is a great location. If you're looking for ambiance, this is not. It's very quiet. No music piped through the lobby or dining areas. The staff is incredibly amenable and warm.

The beds are comfortable. There was no hot water for my shower. The hotel lobby’s women’s bathroom has 2 tampons on the ceiling holding a leak, that was unexpected. The staff was super friendly but because of the no hot water in the winter and also the tampons I will not be staying there again!

We enjoyed the property and always wanted to stay at the Antler's Hotel. The valet parking was tremendous for us as we just had to mention that we wanted the car to the person at the front desk and our car was parked outside. This is a great feature for older people staying at the hotel. The cleanliness and the delicious food at the hotel restaurant were also excellent.

The hotel view was beautiful of the mountains, but the windows were dirty and detracted from the beauty. Bathroom and room needs updating. Bed was comfy and nice.

My card was charged once 100.00 for incidentals then 71.00 for idk what then 46 for I still don’t know what then finally 158.00 for I have no idea after arguing with front desk and being belittled I waited till my trip was Over and complain to this app who put me in contact with gm who didn’t know why I had those unknown charges told me they would be returned and he was going to refund my stay just to lie and me having my bank remove the charges don’t stay here Hyatt 5 blocks down way Better for the value and modern

Thank you for letting us know how your stay went. Mr. Rains, we resolved the issue as soon as we saw the mistake on our end. We did not charge anything additional to your card. The only charges you should have are the room and the tax you paid the third party. We do hope to see you return for a future stay.
