No me gustó que pagué en la app una habitación con cama KZ y aire acondicionado; al llegar al hotel me dieron una habitación diferente con cama matrimonial y ventilador, justificaron que por el precio de la app (por mis descuentos) entonces ese precio equivale a adquirir la habitación que me dieron; en la app no mostraron foto de la habitación, solo especificaciones, habia una leyenda que decia zona colonial A (uno como usuario no conoces las zonas) de esa leyenda se agarraron para decir que esa habitación corresponde a la zona que dice la app.

When I checked in there was a 3 inch cockroach welcoming to my room, the bathroom (toilet) was dirty, trashcan by the toilet was nasty and full of used toilet paper.

A beautiful hotel in downtown Colima, close to the main cultural attractions and restaurants. The only issue is that the patio rooms have tables outside the rooms and noisy conversations can be an issue.

En la aplicación pague por una habitación con aire acondicionado y televisión de 32 pulgadas, y me entregaron una habitación sin AA y con televisión viejisima que se batallaba para encender, la cama muy dura y el servicio tenías que andar detrás de ellos para que lo hicieran Lo que sí la ubicación es muy buena

Buen dia Lamentamos que haya pasado por esos inconvenientes, de acuerdo al registro de su notificacion usted reservo una habitacion en la seccion colonial, recuerde que es importante siempre revisar su confirmacion de reservacion, si tiene dudas comunicarse al hotel directamente y si es necesario, negociar un cambio Esperamos que este malentendido no afecte su desicion en cuanto a elegirnos como opcion nuevamente Saludos

El hotel es muy bien y ofrece excelente servicio más no recomiendo hacer reservaciones desde esta plataforma. Se ofrecen ciertos servicios que a final dicen que por haberlo hecho por Internet no aplican. Mejor hacer la reservación directo con el hotel.

Never again at this hotel
I had a bad experience at the coffee shop area, I understand it was busy and was ok with waiting but I wasn’t acknowledged for a while, couple behind me were greeted and as soon as they sat, beverages were offered to them by Cynthia (Management). She was very rude, instead of offering me a menu, she kept on asking for the breakfast voucher (which she made it seem it was required to eat there).. so I just walked out, I am for sure not returning to this hotel.
