...aber die Anlage selbst ist mehr wie eine Jugendherberge. Es wird grad renoviert, daher war die Lobby nicht sehr einladend. Insgesamt aber weiterzuempfehlen!

Top ausgestattetes Hotel
Unsere Suite war top ausgestattet - in der Küche gibt es alle Utensilien, die man sich nur vorstellen kann - Handmixer, normaler Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, etc. Was jedoch sehr nervig ist, dass man bei Ankunft eine Inventarliste in die Hand gedrückt bekommt, wo man binnen 24 Std schauen muss, ob auch alles vorhanden ist, sonst bekommt man es ggfs. In Rechnung gestellt, wenn man es nicht angezeigt hat. Ehrlich gesagt hat man erst mal was besseres zu tun, wenn man in einem Hotel ankommt und die Liste mit ihren ungelogen min 300 Artikeln auf englisch ist.... Des Weiteren muss man bei Auszug die Betten selber abziehen. Aber ansonsten war es top. Sehr gut organisiert. Toll auch die kostenlosen Handtücher für den Pool und Strand.

Tolle Ausstattung
Zwar ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das nimmt man aber gerne in Kauf für die toll ausgestatteten und sehr, sehr großzügig geschnittenen Zimmer. Ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und komplett eingerichteter Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit großem Bad, Balkon, Waschmaschine mit Trockner etc. Wie gesagt, vielleicht alles nicht top aktuell, aber alles funktioniert und ist sauber. Sauber ist auch der Pool, der Strand in drei Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt einen Service mit Handtüchern, Sonnenschirmen. Der Service ist insgesamt freundlich. Absolut zu empfehlen für Familien. Hier bekommt man eine Menge für sein Geld. Und Cocoa Beach ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in den Parks rund um Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, etc. Jederzeit wieder! Dann aber eine ganze Woche.

Great location, very nice resort, good value
The apartment was well laid out and the resort was very nice. We loved the pool and gym, and the Mexican restaurant. Great beach access and good value for the money. The reason for 4 stars is that the kitchen appliances/cookware, bathroom shower/sink, and living room furniture need to be upgraded. Overall we would recommend and return here if we could get a newer more updated apartment

The only thing that was a problem was the room had a very musty smell. There was obvious signs of water damage in the bathrooms. They attempted to cover this with paint but it’s bubbling. Service was great and the staff is super but we checked out a day early because of the smell.

The property was clean, quiet, well maintained, and very relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had ample space for parking. The property was within a short walking distance to the beach. The room smelled AWFUL
The resort is nice enough, the pool and beach access are great. The room smelled AWFUL. Like mold/musty. To the point I felt like I could taste the smell of that room. Front desk sent someone up to spray something? Which helped for a day or two. I just got back home and all of my freshly cleaned laundry we did in the room smells awful like mold/musty whatever. That is enough to make me not stay again. Amenities are great but I can't get over the terrible smell that followed me home.

We were thoroughly impressed with this property. They were very accommodating in many ways- They provided two cribs and high chairs for our kids and toilet riser for my mother. Our second bath had very little water pressure in the shower and they came and fixed it immediately. The whole place smelled amazing and looked clean. We had two good sized bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We ate at the Mexican restaurant on property and enjoyed our food and margaritas. We didn’t use the pool but they had a splash pad area for kids, live music, and a bar down there too. The front desk staff was amazing. Thank you for a great trip- we will be back!

Oceanfront property was amazing. Very spacious and well kept. Lots of activities to do, although we were in during the holiday weekend the activities desk was closed the majority of the time. Furniture is a little dated, but well kept. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I felt like VIP... This was the most amazing place I have ever had the pleasure of staying.. I loved so many things about it.. the staff, the environment, the activities and the fact it was on the beach bit not right on it, so the wildlife still had a home.. My favorite thing was the fact it was affordable for my family, and we felt we was at a richy place!!! So want to book again!!

Not sure I'd stay here again
This could have been a decent stay, but they were doing construction on the entire floor above me. The front desk people did try to help, but my stay was still much noisier than I would have liked. When booking through a 3rd party (Hotels.com, Expedia.com, etc.), check the hotel website or call ahead and see what they have going on. The beds were not very comfortable, and the pool is in a strange place (front of the hotel) with no way to get to it or the parking garage except through the main lobby. The restaurant downstairs has pretty good food. The view was just okay, so if you want to have a great view of the ocean, stay on 4th floor and up. But, the room was clean, which goes a long way!

Very enjoyable experience for me and my family. The rooms were much larger than I was expecting. The furniture, fixtures, counters, cabinets, tile, etc. were all very nice and relatively new. The only complaint I have is that the bed comforter was similar to the lead vest they put on you when getting a dental x-ray! That wouldn't stop me from coming here again in the future. The pools were very clean and the towel service was great. The boardwalk out to the beach and sand wash off station was a great amenity and kept out a lot of sand from our room.

This is a fantastic place to stay one of the best on Cocoa Beach. They do everything for ya. I always have an amazing magical experience here. I call this a home away from home. Rooms are spacious 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms enough room for everyone to have privacy on vacation. I would definately recommend getting Ocean Front view balcony. When you see the amazing views you wont be sorry and its definately worth paying extra for it. The beaches are breathtaking and you see it all from your balcony. Porch is also a nice size for you to lounge around. Everything is clean and on site they provide towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex eveything you need extra at no cost. There is a large pool with a bar and music, movie theater, fitness center, restaurant and amazing lobby with a fountain you can sit near and enjoy sites. Place is super clean and is located 2 blocks away from grocery store and some great restaurants. As I said best place to stay in Cocoa Beach. I took off one start is this is a non smoking hotel and no pets and I have seen a dog on site. Not sure if security noticed and constant smoking on balconies. I smelled cigarette smoke and marijuana. It gets to be unpleasant to sit on the balcony and someone keep smoking over and over. Its something this place needs to enforce seriously. I am allegic to tobacco smoke and had to exit the porch every day and come out once the person stopped smoking.Thank you Desiree for outstanding hospitality. You are a star.

Good morning I am so glad that you enjoyed your visit with us and hope you will come stay again soon.We have had a couple of dogs here recently, they are service dogs with documentation.The smoking is an issue we try to control but are quite understaffed. Everyone from the front desk to the maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Every time we’ve stayed there the entire resort and rooms have been spotless and well appointed ( linens, kitchen necessities)!
