Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Die Anlage wurde vor kurzem renoviert und deshalb haben die Zimmer eine moderne Ausstattung. Einziges Manko: es gab keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und das WLAN war sehr langsam. Die Lage ist top, direkt am Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Poolbereich war stets gepflegt. Insgesamt werden die Anlage und die Zimmer sehr sauber gehalten. Parkplätze waren kostenlos und ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Besonders freundlich und liebenswert war Erica am Frühstücksempfang. Sie ist stets auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Insgesamt besticht die Anlage durch ihren persönlichen Charme und ihre familiäre Atmosphäre. Unser Highlight waren die Papageien in der Anlage und die tägliche Wine-Time um 17 Uhr, bei der Wein mit Käse, Crackern und Trauben serviert werden. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert!

Schönes Strandhotel im 60er Jahre Stil
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Düne zum Strand mit eigenen Strandaufgang. Unser Zimmer war okay, aber ein bisschen klein. Frühstück war kein Höhepunkt, wenig Auswahl. Insgesamt ein nettes einfaches Hotel.

It is a family owned inn. It is also Adult ONLY! No kids! This was wonderful for our anniversary stay. The Inn had wine and cheese, honor system for beverages and wonderful breakfast. Walk over boardwalk to the beach and restaurants near by. We will be staying here again.

This was a really lovely small hotel. Perfect for my husband and me. Short walk across a small parking lot and boardwalk to the beach. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the wine and cheese social hour. The only drawback for us was the lack of a mini fridge in the room, however the hotel did have soft drinks available for a reasonable price so that did help. We would definitely stay here again

The staff were excellent, and the property was charming and well-kept, although it was hindered by very thin walls. Upon arrival in our room, we could distinctly hear the entirety of a work meeting happening in the adjacent room. Additionally, it appeared that the guests above us were rearranging their furniture multiple times throughout our two-night stay, based on the noises we heard 🙃. Our first-floor room offered a view of the garden and pool area, both of which were delightful. The hotel is situated before a public beach parking lot, leading to a beach that, while beautiful, was more crowded than we had hoped. This might not be an issue for some guests. Our stay was intended for a business launch brainstorming weekend, and unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing, coupled with my husband's deep voice (which we feared might disturb our neighbors), meant the venue wasn't quite suitable for our needs. However, it could serve as a lovely spot for a straightforward vacation, assuming potential guests do not have issues with noise sensitivity.

We picked this property based on the reviews and were mostly happy with our stay. We arrived late and the place looked closed as they had only a couple of lights on, but there was a desk attendant there to assist with check-in. Once we got to our room, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling air conditioner that is above the entryway. We reported this to the front desk and they had a maintenance person look at it the next morning. He placed a towel and bucket under the dripping area but did not solve the problem as water dripped all again the second night. This being the case, I requested a different room as we still had 3 nights at the resort. They were able to accommodate and put us in the room next door. We actually liked this room (203) better. It did not have a closet but this was ok as it allowed for more open space, especially near the bathroom sink. In our original room (204), only 1 person could utilize the sink area at a time as it is in a bit of a cove. The views out both second floor rooms was great as we had a view of the pool and at least part of the ocean. If we were to stay here again, however, I think I would pay up for a larger room. The location of the property is good as there is a 7-11 about a block away, and several restaurants and shopping sites within walking distance as well. Free parking was no problem on-site which we appreciated. The breakfast was really good with two quiche muffin options each morning along with plenty of coffee, yogurt, eggs.

It’s like being at a BNB in Italy. Love the availability of make a cocktail and charging to your room. It’s truly like being at home. Only negative is not having refrigerator microwave and coffee in the room. 24/7 someone is at the desk and coffee tea in lobby. Great location to take in a Launch from space center. We loved staying at The Inn at Cocoa Beach. Our room was large and comfortable with a view of the ocean from the balcony. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was great! The homemade quiche and muffins were delicious. The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the happy hour and met other occupants to socialize with. It was a great experience. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location of the inn was perfect for what we needed. Ocean view, only obstructed by the dunes. Social hour with wine, cheese, grapes and strawberries each day. Staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The only negatives were that there is no fridge, microwave or dresser in the room. Breakfast available each morning, but lacked other protein options besides eggs/quiche and sugary vanilla yogurt. Beware if you have an allergy to dogs as there are 2 in the office/lobby.
