Easy access to the beach (open 24/7) to see amazing sunrises, walking distance to cocoa pier. The only complaint was the air conditioner was very loud and made rattling sounds throughout the night. The carpet was also not the cleanest and pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy.

Very accommodating. Beachfront view was great! Staff is wonderful and kept everything clean. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast and pool was heated so at night time it was the perfect temperature to swim. Just wished the pool bar opened earlier in the day. I would definitely come back to stay here.

GREAT dog friendly place to stay. They are one of the smarter establishments. They have no carpet in their rooms which keeps the damp musty odors away. Nice view from ALL rooms is a bonus too!

Overall property is well maintained and was quiet. Location on the beach can’t be beat. Glad I paid for the Ocean Front room because the view is spectacular. Great being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony. It’s also awesome watching rocket launches. Only complaint would be that the hotel listing is misleading as to beach chairs and umbrellas are available from the hotel. The truth is you have to pay the vendor on the beach a daily rate. Definitely not a deal breaker but make sure to budget for that unless you intend to bring your own.

Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Room did not have electricity in the bathroom and lights were flickering. Had to change rooms and it was a down grade. Not happy with our anniversary experience.

Hi Juan,whom did you work with? i know that we unfortiantly had some issues that we had to fix with the rooms but i myself was here late assisting with the issue. And all was ok I even spoke with two of our guests. as you see in our reviews, we don't have rude encounters with guest. can you shine a little more light on this so we can address this.

This is a great hotel tucked away right next to the pier. Spacious clean rooms. Breakfast was great, nice variety and well stocked. The water feature was tranquil and just provided the escape I needed. As many others I needed to complete some work during my stay and was able to do so on the deck, at the pool or in the lobby. The rooms balcony offered gorgeous views. The pool was warm and refreshing. It was only a moments walk to the beach, the pier, or local restaurants. All of the staff were professional and courteous, especially Summer who checked-in to make certain I had everything I needed. 10/10 I will definitely stay there again when the need arises.
