Hello Eva,We did accommodate you in regards to the door issue as you notified us a manager went directly to the room and fix the issue with the door, in the morning as you check out you notified us about the ac unit and we gave you an open invitation to come back and visit us with discount it rate for future reservation in house we even provided with a complementary bottle of wine, so we out being said please state the facts and not a different fact. We recently updated the interiors with ceiling fans, mini-split AC, microwave and minifridge, and decoration, etc. We also painted the exteriors and have new outdoor showers, bbq grills and outdoor seatings. Hi Angie, we're sorry that you decided not to stay and not check-in for whatever reason. But it's wrong when you then claimed that the property was 'a roach infested'. The fact is: You didn't check in the room and did not see any roach. Let us recap some facts: We contacted you before check-in time to see what time you would be arrived at the property. You then told us that you would not be coming. Late afternoon, someone identified as Elizabeth came to the property and said they wanted to discuss the cancellation of your reservation and for that we said we could not discuss guest reservations without the guests or without the guests' authorization (as you hadn't given us your authorization). And we haven't heard back from you at all and the reservation was not cancelled to make it available for the other guests to book. You can always call Expedia where you made the reservation to cancel any time you want. We appreciate guests who stay with us and give us factual and constructive feedback to improve. Kind regards,

Hi James, thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback. You reserved a room with 2 queen-beds with accommodations for 4. The room has new ceiling fan, mini-split AC, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee nook with free coffee, sugar & cream, cable TV, free wifi, free parking. The property has outdoor showers, bbq grills, patio & balcony with many seating areas. We also offer free beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towel. The rate at 180 during the peak season is very competitive for a beachside property and the beach is just steps from the room with that many amenities.

The room you reserve is an ocean front single queen bed room with space for a queen bed and 2 nightstands, bathroom, closet, coffee stands and microwave. Should you prefer a bigger room, we do have other standard (non-ocean view) single queen bed rooms and double queen bed rooms or 2 bedroom suites with full kitchen and sofa that are much larger. Do let us know when you're on site.

Not sure why you don't see them in the coffee nook together with the microwave and mini-fridge, etc. Do let us know if you have any questions or comments when you're on site.

Hi Robb, You checked in early and our staff walked you to your room to make sure everything was in good condition. Late in the evening, you contacted us and report that the oven was not working and nothing else. We're sorry about the oven and said that we'll check on it when the office opens in the morning. The manager went to check and showed you that the oven was working. That's said, you checked out and didn't say anything then. After you left the property, you then wanted to get full refund though you utilize 1 night. If anything, it would be good to communicate properly and we can resolve the matter to everyone's satisfaction. We wish you the best.
