The room was large and comfortable. It looked as though it had been renovated within the last year. The cleanliness of the room was a bit lacking due to spider webs being in the corners and the bathtub had some mildew, also the cabinet tops had not been cleaned. It was also hard to get a response like “Hello” from the employees or any type of greetings. We had ordered our room with a “large breakfast” and had confirmation of this, but was told this no longer existed and that we would get a mini version of this. They said this was a mistake of our third party travel company. The mini version consisted of bagels with butter and cereal. The hotel has a lot of potential, but needs a bit of fine tuning.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für Park Manor Hotel für Ihren Aufenthalt in Clifton Park entschieden haben. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die unsere kalten Frühstücksoptionen waren. Wir sind dabei, unseren Essbereich für ein komplettes Frühstück zu öffnen, da wir ein neues Hotel sind, das kürzlich eröffnet wurde. Wir bestücken in der Regel jedes Zimmer mit 2 von jedem normalen Kaffee und 2 entkoffeinierten Kaffeepads und werden sicherstellen, dass unsere Mitarbeiter dies tun. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Schöne große Zimmer. Alles sehr modern eingerichtet. Leider könnte das Housekeeping besser arbeiten. Dafür war der Service beim Check In sehr gut.

Visit was good. Property was nice and the staff were friendly. Not my first stay there. I will be back again. Price is good. The only thing I would like is a small refrigerator.

Large room, comfortable bed, effective HVAC unit and good sound insulation on the walls. There is also a good restaurant & bar attached to the hotel. There was a very very strong cigarette smell in the walkway outside the rooms. I got a headache.

Overall was a good experience. However hotel room had no water. Went downstairs for water in the vending machine and that also had no water. Also the room key card stopped working on day 2. Customer service downstairs was able to resolve the issuee but it still took a few tries afterwards to get into our room.

Everything was great about our stay. The check in staff were amazing and friendly. There’sa restaurant also in the hotel which was a big plus, lots of food options near by 4 minute drive. Very quiet and the pool is always a plus also. To top it off they have an EV Charging Station on the side (not free) and was great to be able to charge over night to continue on journey.

The property, lobby, and room were all well maintained. The common areas had a really great smell when we arrived. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was really great. Shower a bit small and not enough towels. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working but employees were available to direct to a working machine. The restaurant/bar was open and the music from it was very loud in our room above it. Room is dark when curtains closed. Plenty of lamps but they are dim. No overhead light but the windows were big and allowed plenty of natural light. Easy to check in/out. No microwave in room but they have one in the lobby. They also added vending machines for snacks since our last stay. Easy to park. Didn’t use any room service/gym/pool/etc. but I couldn’t tell if they were available or not. Unnecessary side note: the US flag on the pole was torn to shreds. It was ties together to mimic good condition. It just seemed in poor taste. Great place to stay in general. We will revisit again.

I felt like it was a very good value. The property and room seems to be well kept. The breakfast was, even by continental breakfast standards, skimpy. My only complaint would be that I'd asked for maintenance to remedy a plumbing matter (of my making) early, at check-in. I assume the desk clerk forgot as I had to ask again when I returned for the evening, much later. I'd stay there again.

Poop smear on toiletpaper roll side; poop dried under seat and dried to bowle; toilet paper holder sloped down and roll constantly fell off. Marijuana smell constantly seeped in from bathroom vent. Dirty socks and fake finger nails swept under bed overhang. Missing TV remote- they replaced it with broken remote. Missing remote for fireplace. Room kitchen had dishes for guests- ever glass was filthy. Pool was 83' but pool room was 60'; asked staff to turn up heat and they never did. Had to ask for clean pool towels each time and they never brought enough. Caught front desk staff giving out room information about a guest to a guy that walked in claiming he needed to talk with the guest.
