Insbesondere unter der Betrachtung der außergewöhnlichen Umstände in dieser Corona-Krise war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel wirklich sehr angenehm. Sowohl was die Freundlichkeit des Personals angeht, wie auch die Gesamterscheinung des Hotels, der Anlage, sowie der Zimmer.

Für eine Geschäftsreise ok.
Für eine Geschäftsreise gut. Was mir bei dem Zimmer absolut gefehlt hat, war eine Steckdose beim Nachttisch, da ich so mein Handy weiter vom Bett entfernt laden musste und somit auch den Wecker weiter entfernt vom Bett liegen hatte. Viel mehr kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich persönlich auf einer Geschäftsreise außer Frühstücken und Schlafen nichts im Hotel mache.

Perfect for Families
We were visiting families in the Chicago area as a family of 4 (2 grown children). Flying in into O'Hare, the location is perfect. The added comfort of the hotel being in walking distance of a shopping area (Target, eateries, etc.) made this a perfect place to stay for several days. Rooms are fine. Breakfast was typical. One real complain we have was that the fitness center was small and two of the 4 machines were out of order the whole time (4 days) we were there.

I was overcharged for parking for 3 car instead of 1. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get a room because somehow it had been cancelled. I don’t know if this was Expedias fault or Residence Inn. Breakfast eggs were uncooked (very runny )scrambled eggs. Oatmeal was just hot water and oats also not heated or cooked. The only good thing about it was the walking distance to the allstate arena.

I love that this property was walking distance to Target and multiple food spots. We went to a concert at the Allstate Arena and it was a 4-5 minute walk which was SUPER convenient.

We chose this property because it was close to our activities, but the property charges $18 for parking, we were on the 2nd floor and had Ants in our rm building didnt connect, so for breakfast we had to go outside in the rain to get to the building they serve breakfast . That would be a no thx !

Great location if you want to be near the OHare airport. The hotel it’s 3 minutes walk to few stores like Chipotle, iHop, Chilis, Panda Express, and if you want to shop Ross and Target. The breakfast it’s very good at the hotel.

Honestly the hotel itself wasnt outstanding or anything and that's fine! The part that was outstanding though was the overnight shift worker that was manning the desk. He was an absolute treasure and very helpful and easy to chat with. I didnt get his name unfortunately but he made the stay at the hotel just delightful.

Our room was nice. Pretty slacious. Very nice staff. One outlet in our bathroom didnt work so we had to plug the hair dryer into an outlet outside the bathroom. In one of the bathrooms when we turned on the shower a bunch of little hairs came out and filled the tub which was kind of gross. Im guessing they clean the showers without running the water...and we found a black hair in our eggs but the rest of the breakfast was great. Good selection. I mean, I guess it happens.

Nice hotel for a night’s stay
We ended up spending a night here due to flight delay and missed connection. Close to airport with free airport shuttle and commentary breakfast. Well maintained Nice helpful staff.

I tried to use the shuttle but the staff gave me totally inadequate directions to meet the shuttle. I waited 45 minutes in freezing temperatures only to watch their shuttle bus drive right by me twice. I eventually took a cab.
