Stay away!!
Dreadful stay at the Hilton Chicago Magnificient Mile. From extremely unfriendly check-in staff, all my credit cards supposedly didn´t work as they were "foreign credit cards"? I thought this is a Hilton in a major city and you do not accept non-American credit cards? Problem was solved after asking check-in staff to try again. Worst experience was another guest banging at the door early morning. Supposedly hotel had checked me out already and given the room to another guest?? How does that work, do you not clean your rooms between guests?? Highly unprofessional!!

Hello Mr. Flynn,Thank you for coming to visit us! We deeply apologize that you weren't greeted as you would've liked. Sympathy goes a long way, as we deal with a plethora of challenges at the desk as the face of the hotel.Our system is often met with issues concerning international forms of payment--it also glitches processing some US credit/debit cards if the bank hasn't been alerted prior to your trip. Please note that mistakes can always be made, and things can get overlooked at times, but we try our very best to always be ahead of the curve for guests such as yourself. The housekeeping staff perform daily cleaning and will go door to door asking who'd accept/decline service for that day. If they see a DND card on the door, they trained to pass by, unless they have an urgent reason to get in contact with you and have failed thru various attempts.Again, we greatly appreciate you for coming to stay with us, and we hope that we can redeem ourselves and do better by you the next time! Happy holidays to you and yours!

Sehr zentral gelegen und für Chicago preiswert
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einer sicheren Lage. Es ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort aus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Suite war sehr geräumig mit einem sehr schönen Bad bzw. sehr schönen Dusche. Sollte ich mal wieder nach Chicago kommen, würde ich dieses Hotel vermutlich wieder buchen.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Valet parking is definitely the way to do it if you’re driving into the cities. It was a little hectic but once we got all settled in it was an easy check in from there! Would definitely stay here again!

First time stay at the hotel. Very clean, the suite was a perfect size and the pull out couch was a plus! Great views from the pool on the 30th floor and the lady I checked in with was so sweet and welcoming. Definitely will stay again.

I’m very disgusted with the room in general, but on such short notice i didn’t have time to make a fuss! The toilet was nasty an barely flushed. The room smelled like a basement. The sofa & accent chair were both full of stains to the point i didn’t even sit on them! We couldn’t figure out the tvs. An to top it off they advertised amenities that weren’t available. We had to leave the hotel just to get juice, water & cleaning supplies!

The service was great, the room was nice and clean, and the location was good for exploring the north part of the Mile. Only downside is that the breakfast buffet is not included and is very overpriced for a hotel breakfast.
