Hotel was very clean, quiet and safe. Restaurant and breakfast were excellent. The only problem was that our toilet was a mere 12" height. This is very odd and not easy to use.

The staff was very friendly, the beds were very very comfortable and the sheets crisp and clean. The room itself was in need of some tlc but I’d stay happily stay here again! Walkable distance to Rosemont theater, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast and we even got drink vouchers to their bar. I do wish they had vending machines for snacks at least in the lobby, all they have available is drink vending machines after the gift shops closes.

Expedia website says parking is complementary, when I checked in at the desk, I asked to make sure it was complementary, I was told it was by the receptionist. One day after my stay I get an email with my invoice and I was billed for parking, it was not cheap.

I understand the frustration with the parking price, it should be a lower cost, but unfortunately, our parking garage belongs to the city of Rosemont, and we don't have control over the prices. It was difficult to unpack the car and pack the car from the hotel. They dont allow you to even take the bags out of the car in the front where most allow you too. This was very inconvenient. Besides that everything was great

I like the hotel but am surprised that they sell timeshares by visiting tables at breakfast. Elevators run slow and valet is every half hour. Many people were waiting to board and the bus was filled to capacity. Get there early and stand by curb or people will flood the doors and you will wait for another bus.

Our room had a crack in the wooden door which looked like someone tried to break in previously. It made me sketchy about the room. The room was very outdated and dusty. There was lots of hair on the bathroom floor. And the chairs in the room were stained and disgusting. I don’t think it was worth what we paid at all. We didn’t know parking was an extra fee on top of that. No I would not stay there again.

Don’t make a mistake and stay here
Not what I expected from Embassy Suites. The room ceiling had major water damage and the bathroom looked dirty. Went to the pool and there were zero towels. When I asked the front desk for towels, they informed me the housekeeper was off for the night. Asked for additional towels for the room and they said I would need to grab them from the main floor. The hotel was extremely loud and seemed to be short staffed. Breakfast was terrible- overcooked sausages and French toast and both were rock hard. Definitely will not stay here again.

I want to express my frustration regarding my recent stay at this hotel, where I encountered consistent disappointments. This happened 2 times during my stay, I've faced issues with the housekeeping, and it has significantly affected my experience. Despite making multiple requests for room cleaning, the issues persisted. Returning to my room at 9 pm, I found the same scenario – unchanged bedsheets, untouched garbage, scattered towels, and a lack of essential toiletries. Experiencing this for the second time is unacceptable. As a guest who chose this hotel with certain expectations, the repeated lapses in service have left me deeply dissatisfied. I sincerely hope the hotel takes immediate action to rectify these issues and prevents such occurrences in the future. Unfortunately, my stay has been marred by these consistent problems, and it's challenging to recommend this hotel to others given the repeated disappointmentsr

Disappointed
My family is always excited to stay at the embassy the rooms are always clean the staff is nice. The morning breakfast is also well put together. I lost my dad in thanksgiving so I decided to stay Christmas just to made new beginnings without him. The kids left for breakfast and I stay in bed it was 8:30 and the housekeeper was looking me in face while I’m laying in bed uncovered let’s just say I asked her what she was in the room at 8:30 no one called for help it was silent in the room because my 20 and 16 year old was way she stated she wanted to see if we were staying another night and walked out I’m sure she was up to something this is not ok the desk said sorry and looked at the time which was now 9am and didn’t understand why she was there either
