das hotel liegt ungefähr 10 autominuten entfernt vom Flughafen. Das hotel ist sehr sauber und der service vom allerfeinsten. Das hotel lässt keine wünsche offen.

Gut mit Abstrichen
Hotel ist eigentlich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Aber: - Toilette war nicht geputzt - keine Möglichkeit, in einigermassen angenehmer Atmosphäre ein Geschäftsmeeting abzuhalten (Restaurant nachmittags geschlossen und Elephant sehr lärmig und von der Ausstattung nicht einem 5-Stern entsprechend). Personal sehr freundlich.

Good Business Hotel
Die Lage ist etwas ungewöhnlich das es sich um eine EInbahnstrasse handelt und die Fahrer einen grossen Bogen fahren müssen umd das Hotel zu erreichen. Es wird etwas nervig wenn man jeden Tag mit dem Taxi losfährt und eigentlcih nur hinter das Gelände muss und durch den dichten Verkhr und der Einbahnstrasse sehr lange unterwegs ist.

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Chennai was absolutely delightful! I can't give it anything less than 5 stars. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a super soft bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were exceptional, providing a warm and welcoming check-in experience. But what truly stood out was the fantastic food – it was an absolute culinary delight. The hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident when they went above and beyond to arrange a car for our trip to Pondicherry. A big shout-out to Anthony and the entire team for their outstanding service and attention to detail. Moreover, the hotel's facilities and amenities were top-notch, from the well-maintained pool and fitness center to the serene spa that offered much-needed relaxation. Our stay at Park Hyatt Chennai was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai. Thank you for making our trip special!

The Park Hyatt is a special place because of the staff at the hotel. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From the time you check in to the time you leave, you are given personal attention. A special shout out to Mr. Jagan, our room attendant, Mr. Madan, the concierge, Mr. Rahul, the restaurant manager, the chef, Mr. Murugan and all the staff in the MarketPlace. I also tried the Flying elephant and enjoyed the food.

At check in was informed that as I have prepaid for the room I need to clear all dining expenses at sight nothing can be charged to the room Though the room was big was dated and needs renovation. The toilet had a thin glass door without any channel which was tough to operate. The shower knobs were all out of sync There was noise of continuous flow of water from the toilet even though nothing was being used Seems like some drain line was passing through it The swimming pool was on the roof top no lift access There was no closed shower facility nor any changing room. All in all a very average experience for a park Hyatt property They really need to pull up their socks!

The staff made our stay from July 1 to 8 very special. Every single member went above and beyond the call of duty. A special shout out to Mr. Jagan, our room attendant, Mr. Rahul - manager of the restaurant, Mr. Murugan, the chef, Mr. Madan, the concierge and all the staff in the restaurant who made our breakfast experience special.
