The wifi was on a hotspot and wouldn’t support our phones and laptop. Room walls were gross and the ac was not very good.

It had a musty smell. The pictures online are misleading it’s a dive. The staff was as nice as she could be but there is nothing she could do about the sub par accommodation. If you are stuck at the airport the last place you want to sleep is in a dive. I couldn’t turn off the air conditioner. I just slept a few hours and got out. The area is dark. Never ever again. Lesson learned

Clean and quiet. Room was cleaned daily. Newly renovated with modern features. Bed was very comfortable. Only issue during my stay was the internet was not working frequently during my 5 nights there. Other than that I highly recommend.

Pictures online made it appear to be a decent hotel in a decent area. We are not from Charlotte and recommend spending the extra money and getting a hotel somewhere else. Employee appeared to be under the influence when checking us out. Homeless in the parking lot. Not what was advertised.

There was only one towel and one wash rag for my huaband and I. I also had to ask for an iron and iron board. Whom ever renovated the bathroom did a terrible job on the shower flooring. It was weird and squishy

Mannnn. Where to start ? lol. My bed was dirty. My AC didn’t work. The lady at the front desk had an attitude so I didn’t want to bring any of it to her attention. I woke up the next morning and found myself walking to the quicktrip gas station and so many vagabonds and sex workers.

Staff was extremely friendly. The room we stayed in needed some TLC. The handrails, toilet paper holder, etc. were falling off the walls. The hotel did not have any bottled water available for its customers.

There were hookers and pimps right outside. Felt unsafe to walk to restaurants. We left and did not stay the night. Our money should be refunded. Otherwise will never use Radisson again.

Front desk clerk was friendly and offered good service. Other than that the hotel is in a bad area, our room smelled like stale cigarettes, we had one towel, the halls smelled like weed. Nothing really good to say, we won’t be back.

For our purposes the site was perfectly located. Facilities were clean, comfortable, and maintained. While we had minimal contact with the staff they were competent and professional.

Hotel caught on fire on the 4th floor. Everyone was evacuated outside of the building in a timely manner as to no hotel guest were injured but i happen to be staying inside of a hotel suite which unfortunately was flooded due to the fire. Upon returning back inside the hotel. I was only provided a hotel room which I felt was an unfair inconvenience.

I thought this hotel was appropriately priced, but there was a minor hiccup upon check-in-- I was accidentally given a room that was undergoing renovation. So to haul all my stuff to the room and then have to haul it back down to the lobby was a pain but otherwise the hotel was clean.

The front desk assistant was AMAZING. Not her fault. There was NO hot water at the hotel. I quickly booked this hotel because I wanted to stay near the airport. No one mentioned the hot water wasn't working until I attempted to shower, and it never got hot. The woman said that maintenance was alerted but they said they turned it on. Multiple other guests complained before us. If I was told upon check-in that there was no water, I would have said never mind and booked another accommodation. Also, the room was mildly clean. The cloth chair was covered in stains (seriously, multiple different large stains), and the walls in the bathroom were not clean (different substances). If the hot water was working, I would have overlooked everything else, but hot water is the bare minimum.
