Got a dinner place recommended by the front desk. It was very good. The room was very clean as was the rest of the property. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay at this property again

Enjoy my stay at the Drury in Charlotte. Facility and room was extremely clean. Desiree was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay at a Drury again. Highly recommend this hotel.

After a long day on the road it is nice to have a snack and drinks offered on the house and then a great breakfast the next day. Staff are always happy and smiling.

We stayed there for our weekend trip to Charlotte. We loved our stay! Best party of the experience was the buffet breakfast, buffet dinner,free popcorn,and 2 free cocktails! All that was included in our stay! And the pricing for the rooms was very reasonable! Will stay there again!!

It needs to do better cleaning, specially in the washroom, and common halls. However, very convenient location specially if you are travelling by the highway. The fare includes supper (don’t have higher expectation) but good enough to feed you after long journey, so we really appreciated it, and breakfast, but we passed it as we left earlier, so I could not opinion about it. But for sure will be a good feed to start your morning. Front desk girls, so friendly and welcoming. I forget to ask them the name but was a South African girl and her very young assistance, so good job girls. The hotel beside the highway as this, is common denominator, but what it makes our stay better than expect, was the manpower. All of them working with very good attitude and smile. Thank you team!

This is my second time staying at the Drury hotel. I like the convenience of shopping and it is a relatively short drive from my relatives. Staff was professional, courteous and personable. If you asked any staff member for assistance they did not hesitate. Definitely would select the he Drury hotel for my next stay

Bed was comfortable. Lots of staff in the breakfast area keeping it stocked and clean. The hotel was busy due to spring break. The pool area was very busy and people do not pick up after themselves. Staff was doing their best to keep up with towels and such.

Never have we stayed in a motel where they provided breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet for free. It really saves money when you have children traveling with you. We had 4 grandsons and they all eat like men. Manager over the kitchen came and chatted with us twice. Food was fast, hot, and readily available. Everyone was friendly, Courteous, and very helpful.
