I would of liked a better menu for dinner and the breakfast is too expensive. Housekeeping was great! The bed was comfortable and great linens! Kudos to Kristyn G. in the bar, she went above and beyond to meet customer needs. The picture on your site, is miss leading, looks like it is on the River, it is not.

I was very unhappy. The air condition did not write work in the room. It would not come on. We were sweating and hot. We called the front desk and spoke to Billy. He told me that he would make a report, but he had no maintenance people available to get the air condition working. He offered to change the room however, it was 1 o’clock in the morning and my child was sleeping. So I did not want to be disturbed so I just laid there awake sweating all night. When Expedia tried to call to resolve the issue for me, there was no report of it and Billy wasn’t there so they wouldn’t help me very upsetting. He should’ve done a report like he told me he would.

Hotel was safe, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only thing that sucked was no hot water for my shower due to the hotel being at capacity. Maybe don't book the hotel to capacity if it prevents hot water for your guests.

For what the hotel has to offer, in my opinion, the price is more than reasonable. most other hotels i’ve stayed at for this price have been half as nice with less to offer. the hotel is clean, modern and the staff is incredibly friendly. the rooms are very comfortable, also modern and includes a smart TV, while being unique compared to any other hotel i’ve stayed at. i’ve traveled across the country twice in the past two years and i wish there were more of these places!

I liked the clean modern room with plenty of space and a comfortable bed. The room was overlooking a main road so I heard traffic all night. I would ask for a quieter location in the hotel. Everything except for coffee was for purchase, including bottled water. I would stay again for a night.

Nice room. Very limited services in hotel and surrounding area. Must have a car. Staff did not know how to get downtown from hotel. The hotel is in an odd location of intersecting highways. Staff in bar were loud and unprofessional.

We only stayed for one night before heading out for a cruise, but this was a very nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The facilities seem to be new. The room had an up to date coffee machine with K Cups rather than the coffee filter mess also!
