Dear Alecia, first of all thank you for choosing River Lumi Resort. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We agree that there were buds during your stay at the Resort. Being a rainy season, and due to our location, bugs are attracted to our facility. As a policy, we had made a decision not to kill them using insect killer machines as it is not sustainable. We however make sure that they are not in the rooms by ensuring the door is always closed. This is not the case in the dry seasons. Regarding breakfast, we do confirm that your breakfast contained proteins, fruits and vegetables. Regarding the receptionist, our reception section is currently under construction. We however confirm our staff were there to welcome you and support you at every time. It is unfortunate that we could not satisfy you despite our staff trying their very best to be at your service all the time. We will endeavor to enhance our level of service to meet your expectation next time.
