Hotel nah beim Strand
Aufenthalt 12 Tage im Doppelzimmer Standard ohne Balkon. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Doppelbett hatte eine sehr gute Matratze. Das Bad war eher klein, aber sehr sauber und ausreichend. Jeden Tag gab es frisch gewaschene Handtücher und die Bettwäsche wurde auch alle paar Tage gewechselt. Es war ein Ventilator und eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann in der Lobby gegen Aufpreis frühstücken. Das Frühstück ist super, wenn man morgens gerne wie gewohnt Ei, Toast, Marmelade etc. essen möchte. Wir haben das nicht gemacht, sondern auf thailändische Art in einer der zahlreich in der Nähe vorhandenen Garküchen gegessen. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels super zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Room very basic,the light above the door didnt light up the room well,bedding not very good. The included breakfast was poor*(can pay 130bt extra to uograde to a proper breakfast)alrhough good coffee. On the plus side the wifi was good,staff are nice and superb location( 100m from beach) with lots of bars and restraunts.

No sleep, not for families or romantic weekend
Actually nothing wrong with the hotel besides the horrible location on a bar street with loud music and screaming drunk people until early morning. Hotell also seems to overlook noisy guests. Woke up at both 2am and 4am from disturbing noise from other guests. Breakfast fixed set. Can pay extr to get variation but definitely not worth it. Hotel staff polite, restaurant workers seems tired of wverything. Pool located in other hotel and area was dirty but water clean. Parking on a lot ~200 meter away. Balcony not worth the extra cost as its no sea view and can only be used early mornings or late evening due to the temperature.

The Beach Cha Am April 23
The hotel is not as clean and wonderful as the pictures. It is a basic hotel in a busy street with bars and very loud music which stopped around 12 midnight which wasn't too bad. The room we had was quite small, I wouldn't stay again and my partner said the same. It is expensive for what it is and the breakfast is terrible with very little options. Ours was included but in a separate building although as a restaurant in the evening, it was okay. We only stayed 2 nights and that was enough.

Very good hotel
Really nice and clean service and hotel, nice sized rooms and has all you need! Was a problem communicating with staff as they did not seem to understand too much, but all in all a nice stay!

Small, cheap hotel in great location
Small, no-frills, low-key hotel very close to the beach. Not on the main road, so pretty quiet. Pretty much in the center of Cha-am beach.

Fint hotell, meget bra beliggenhet
Meget bra hotell til fornuftig pris. Rett ved stranden. Rent og pent med fine rom. Rommene med balkong ut mot stille gate og strandutsikt er fine. Rommene har både AC og vifte. Meget god frokost kan kjøpes for en rimelig pris.

Good guesthouse in good area
Thougt that Cha Am is Hua Hins beach. No, it is not. Anyway we stayed full two nights. Good guesthouse in a good area. Girl bars did not disturb. Because doors open inside in Thailand, toilet is totally wet after shower. If door open outside, shower should set better.

Good morning, many thanks for your review. It was a pleasure for us to welcome you in our Guesthouse. Yes, you right, Cha Am is not Hua Hin, it's two different cities. Cha Am Beach is famous for it's long beach, sea food restaurants, chairs and umbrellas. The Thai people prefer to come to Cha Am than Hua Hin, the access to the beach is more easy in Cha Am and everything is cheaper than in Hua Hin. We hope to see you again in our hotel.

NICE HOTEL
Check in although late at night was easy, rooms clean and spacious, air con good. Very close to main bars(10yards) so some noise if in room at front of hotel but as bars close at 1200 not to much of a problem. Beach less than 100 yards

Nice Guest House Walking Distance to Bars & Beach
This was a nice little inexpensive guest house on the same road as all of the bars. In Cha-Am Beach they shut down fairly early so noise was not an issue at all. The beach is literally a stones throw as well. Down side is the hotel does not have a lift. Being on the 4th floor was tough escpecially after a few hours out at night. Other issue is that the guest house is expanding and work started about 10 each morning which was pretty loud especially on lower floors.

Hadde et fint opphold. Mye arbeid med hotellet ga liten mulighet for å slappe av på rommet. Da de boret og duret fra kl 09 på morgen. Lite fornøyd med det. I Cha am var det veldig mange løshunder som var aggressive. Dette gjorde at jeg ikke turte å sykle eller bevege meg rundt. Selv det var mange hyggelige mennesker i området vil jeg ikke tilbake pga hundene. Mange ble bitt og jeg ser det som et stort problem.
