„The cottage and surrounding area were absolutely amazing! Cottage was comfortable and clean, and communication between staff and myself was fast and clear. Only issue we had was I couldn’t figure out the heat. Thankfully it wasn’t too cold. The side door also had damage on the bottom and was open to outside elements but it didn’t cause any issues. Planes do fly low overhead but the noise didn’t bother me. Overall, I will definitely be booking again in the near future. Absolutely loved my stay!“

The place is modest - very functional but not luxurious, Louis was an excellent communicator throughout our week. The place was reasonably well equipped and clean. The TV in the main room struggled a bit with Netflix and Amazon. There are two really great things about the location - it is very convenient to the highway system and to the airport. „Location was very close to everywhere we wanted to go, never more than 15 minutes. Condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Only downside is the airport noise, luckly there is no traffic 11:30 to 6ish. Overall a very comfortable stay!“

„Mix of day hikes such as Mission trails, Los Penasquitos, and Tecolote canyon, and trips to Balboa park, numerous beaches, old town etc. Also a short walk to many grocery stores and restaurants. Most neighbours are of a working age so it was quiet during the day, except for the many planes using the nearby small airport. As we were out and about most days this was not a concern. All good then and we would be happy to repeat.“

„Beware!! NO reliable or STABLE internet! Property mgr told me there’s nothing he could do about it. I asked him to call provider n have them do a “hard reset”, which he did. But still internet was never online for more than an hour. We are a tech saavy family. If this was my rental, I would upgrade modem n connectivity pkg. We had to use our cell personal hotspot. „House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍“
