„The Farmhouse was perfect, great location, exceptionally clean, and everything you could ever need was provided!“

„We love this property. It is perfect when you have adult children and teens. It really gives them space of their own. Our only downside is the comfort of living room furniture. Being colder and snowy this time, we spent more time at the house watching movies and college bb games. Just hard for all of us to be comfortable. Last year the weather was great and we hardly noticed, since we spent a lot more time walking around downtown. But overall I would highly recommend this property. Second year ...

„Barbra was so helpful and quick to respond to our needs! The house was nice and clean and a great quiet location. We needed to keep our gear in the garage past checkout and come back for it that afternoon. She was so kind to let us do this! Thank you! We would definitely stay there again!“

„It was wonderful! All the beds were comfy, house was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Had lots of gathering places inside and out for all. The hot tub was clean and very hot. The large tv downstairs was perfect for sports. There does need to be a few more kitchen utensil items added, salad bowls, platters etc. Overall it was just what we needed and it was an impressive old house! Thank you!“

„Terra's property was perfect for our stay! Close enough to town (Three Forks & Bozeman.. Bozeman was farther away) yet far enough away from town to experience the ranch life, hunting scene, etc. The guesthouse is cozy and had everything we needed.. it was just awesome!! Good wifi too! We had a great time and felt like we could stay there forever. Highly recommend this property! Hope to return someday!“

„Nice propertty. Store is nice. Everything was supplied and clean. Location is beautiful and just outside the NE gate to Yellowstone. I booked through expedia, and it was a few months ago, but i don't remember anything about a cleaning fee. I am even OK with the fee if i was aware of it. Only other issue was there was still no cell service and the cabins do not have wifi. Some people prefer this. There is wifi at the store and is free.“
