„Water park was fun and clean! Didn’t have a heavy chlorine smell! Staff overall was very nice and accommodating. Only issue we had, was the lady working the breakfast area was unkind and impatient. She got noticeably frustrated at multiple people who maybe didn’t understand how to use the pancake machines. She made a rude comment to my 6 year old who obviously didn’t realize he was accidentally making 8 pancakes. He pressed the start button too many times and she got mad. She looked at him and ...

„Check in was a bit screwed up for one of my sons. Credit card was not on his reservation at 130p when they assured at 1030a same day that it was. His check in was delayed for several hours til i get there. “

„We really liked the location - restaurants and shopping close by but still quiet surroundings. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom could have been cleaner and was a bit dated. Breakfast was good and offered a typical selection (coffee, eggs, toast, jam...). Hotel is overall okay, especially for a shorter stay.“
