„The property is excellent, its location is very accessible from transport to shopping. The hotel is pleasant and attractive but the Temperature especially in the Restaurant is quite chilly. The Staff are polite, welcoming and helpful. Especially the one in the restaurant who make the Ingwer- calamansi brew for my voice (thank you, Wilmar). Overall our stay is pleasant and comfortable. Hopefully we will be back in God‘s time.“

„The Waterfront Hotel is centrally located. Unfortunately, parking is difficult and is charged separately. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the service courteous. The rooms have good beds, the shower 🚿 is set to a spahr jet and is grubby at the same time. The friendliness at the reception could be improved.“

„Die erste Woche war es etwas voll, vor allem wohl Chinesen (ein Chin. Konsulat ist im Hotel). Das reichaltige Frühstück wird in elektr. Warmhaltebehältern angeboten, leider war es für uns immer etwas zu kalt. Fitnesraum und Schwimbad sind ok, es ist nur etwas ungewohnt durch auf dem gleichen Stockwerk stattfindende Feiergesellelschaften in lockerer Kleidung zu marschieren.Hanbdhabung der Sicherheitsleistung ist seltsam - erst abbuchen und dann wieder zurückzahlen - ist das jetzt so usus?“

„Interieur zu alt - nettes Personal - Aufzug benötigt zu lange in die obere Etage - leider nur ein Duschvorhang gegeben.“

„I booked 3 months before and did not get the room I reserved. 2 single beds instead of a double bed. The toilet seat was too small. So you have to sit partly on the toilet itself! Awful! When you switch of the light one pulp remained flashing.“

„A Standard Hotel, the overall cleanliness was ok, nothing to complain. The seat of the toilet was not fixed, the aircon was very noisy and after the breakfast the access cards to the room did not work anymore (but it was fixed by the check-in staff quickly)“

„Nach 3 maligen Nachfragen wegen meinem mit gebuchten Frühstück, wurde mir erklärt das dieses Angebot inclusive Frühstück ein altes Angebot wäre. Bin enttäuscht.“
