Einer der schönsten Urlaube
Den 5 Sternen die das Objekt und die Vermieter bisher erhalten haben können wir nur zustimmen ! Ein wirklich sehr,sehr tolles Haus mit perfektem Pool und Jacuzzi. Der Garten ist Top gepflegt. Auf dem gesamten Grundstück ist man alleine für sich, von keiner Seite einsehbar. Dafür hat man eine tolle Aussicht über das ganze Gebiet. Die Einfahrt zum Haus über den riesigen Olivengarten ist schon ein Erlebniss für sich. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, komplette Küchenausstattung..... Ein Grill steht (mit allen Utensilien, Holz, Anzünder, Kohle...) auch zur Verfügung Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist schon vor der Anreise absolut super. ( sogar mit youtube video für die Anreise damit man das Tor nicht verpasst) Sie sind wie kleine Heinzelmännchen jeden Morgen unsichtbar am Haus um den Pool, Jacuzzi und Garten zu pflegen. Dabei hinterlassen sie meist kleine Geschenke für Ihre Gäste ( eigene Tomaten, Kuchen, Creme Brulee.......) Sie sind stets hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen wenn nötig, aber keinesfalls aufdringlich ! Nochmals ein ganz liebes Dankeschön an Gina und Franco für die tolle Zeit. Wir werden wieder kommen. Italiensische Gastfreundschaft kaum zu übertreffen
Das Haus von Gina und Franco ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten eine Oase. Die liebenswerten Gastgeber kommen alle Tag vorbei und kümmern sich um den Pool und den Garten. Sie tun dies sehr diskret und nur Frühaufsteher unter den Gästen werden sie bemerken. Gina hat uns mit vielen Köstlichkeiten aus ihrer Küche verwöhnt. Viele schöne Städte oder auch das Meer sind in einer Stunde bis 90 min erreichbar. Allerdings sind die Strassen sehr kurvig und man braucht etwas Zeit. Bettwäsche und Frottewäsche wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt und waren ausreichend vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus machen. Wir sind, unter anderem, mit einem Tesla angereist. In Pomerance kann man das E Auto laden. Pomerance ist ca 15min vom Haus entfernt. Das Restaurant in Montecastelli Pisano ist sehr zu empfehlen. Kleines Bijou in den Hügeln der Toskana
Die Kommunikation mit Gina war von Anfang an super, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles was man für die Ferien braucht war vorhanden. Ein grosses Plus waren der Pool, der Whirlpool und die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern!! Gina und Franco kamen jeweils morgens in der Früh, um die Blumen zu giessen und den Pool zu reinigen. Dabei waren sie immer sehr leise und versuchten uns nicht zu stören. Im Gegenteil: immer wieder fanden wir beim Aufstehen eine kleine Überraschung vor: Gemüse oder Früchte aus ihrem Garten oder auch selbstgemachtes Pesto, Tiramisu... Danke Gina und Franco, das war jeweils wunderbar!!

Wundervolles Kleinod im Olivenhain
Einzeln stehendes sehr gepflegtes, sauberes, und sehr gut gewartetes Haus mit eignem Pool und Jaccuzzi in einem Olivenhain. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Der Blick in die Toskana ist unbeschreiblich schön: Postkartenmotivqualität. Komplette Ruhe. Niemand anderes in Sichtweite. Das Vermieterehepaar ist extrem herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man muss 20min zum CooP, 45min nach Sienna und 1 Stunde nach Florenz über kurvige Straßen fahren. Ein Restaurant mit leckerer Pizza ist in MonteCastelli. Alle anderen Restaurants zwischen 20 und 40min Fahrstrecke entfernt.

Unser Haus in der Toskana
Zwei Wochen bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen in dieser wunderbaren Landschaft - unser Sommerurlaub 2019. Und was war das Beste? Gewiss das authentisch-moderne und saubere Haus. Und der entspannende Whirlpool mit Aussicht. Der täglich genutzte geniale Pool. Die toskanische Flora und Fauna, hier insbesondere die quirligen Eidechsen, Geckos und die Rotte der Wildschweine, die Rehe und Hasen. Gewiss die Food- und Musicfestivals in Pomerance, die Besuche von Pisa, Florenz, Volterra und Grosseto. Die unvergleichliche Handwerkskunst in den italienischen Gelaterien. Nicht zu vergessen Siena, die schönste der toskanische Städte und der einzigartige Pizza del Campo. Und das Beste kommt zum Schluß... Gemütliches und wunderbar gepflegtes Anwesen mit sehr netten und freundlichen Vermietern.
Wir verbrachten die Weihnachtswoche in dem Haus, das ein kleines Schmuckkästchen inmitten der wunderschönen Toskanischen Landschaft ist. Alles was man zum Wohnen/Schlafen/Kochen benötigt ist vorhanden. Was gibt es schöneres als tagsüber zu entspannen, kleine Wanderungen zu machen, eine der vielen Kulturdenkmäler wie z.B. Volterra zu besuchen oder auch einen Ausflug ans Meer zu unternehmen. Das schönste war aber immer wieder abends heimzukommen und vor dem knistenden Kaminfeuer ein (oder zwei?) Gläschen wunderbaren Wein zu trinken oder auch auf der Terasse die Ruhe zu geniesen. Schade das wir nur eine Woche Urlaub hatten. Gina und Franco standen uns freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Gerne, nein sehr gerne auf ein Wiedersehen !

Warm welkom op prachtige locatie
Wij hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf op deze prachtige locatie en gastvrijheid. Gina en Franco zijn tophosts. Omgeving is Toscane zoals je het je voorstelt. De tuin met zwembad is fantastisch en het huis is fijn. Huiskamer zou evt wat sfeervoller en praktischer kunnen worden ingericht.

Simply beautiful
Our expectations were surpassed. The villa is spotless, the location is so peaceful, the pool is wonderful and the hosts kind and attentive. There is nothing not to love. The pool is 1.4m deep and was the perfect temperature (end of August), it is bigger than it looks and crystal clear without the chemical smell. In the afternoon you are treated to a display of birds swooping down and drinking / collecting bugs from the surface of the water. We made use of the hot tub a few times, but preferred just sitting on the patio and playing cards in the evening watching the amazing sunset. There were a few mosquitos as you'd expect, but all the windows had nets so they didn't bother us at night. Despite the hot weather the house was cool and we had no problems sleeping. The villa has a long private drive and feels totally safe without being isolated, the village of Montecastelli Pisano just a ten minute walk away, although it is up quite a steep hill. The views from the village are beautiful and the restaurant was great - the owners spoke English and the food and wine very reasonably priced. The co-op in Pomarance is fairly well stocked, but also fairly expensive - unless you head to Siena there didn't seem to be any alternatives. If you're driving fuel prices are the highest we had seen anywhere, in some cases 30c more than in the north of Tuscany. We did a day trip to Siena, parked at the station and walked in. We also went to Volterra (the roads are quite steep), parking there was difficult so best to go early in high season. Other than that we didn't want to leave the Villa except for essentials. As everyone has mentioned Gina and Franco are so lovely, we were treated to Tiramisu (AMAZING), cake, eggs and figs from the garden. They always came early to attend to the pool and garden and we rarely saw them because we slept so well. The beds were really comfortable. I can't recommend staying highly enough and I am so glad I booked. I would definitely come again if we return to Tuscany. Thank you so much Gina and Franco

Amazing villa and owners
This is the most beautiful house we have ever rented. It is located in the Tuscan hills, having amazing views, it has a very nice swimming pool, two large rooms with vans and two large bathrooms. It also has a lovely patio and the most spectacular garden. It is fully equipped with all you need (kitchen utensils, dish washer, washing machine etc.). On top of that, the owners are incredibly nice, leaving you lovely self made Italian recipes. Our contact with them was also great, and they came to clean the pool and water the garden every day very discretely. We would definitely love to come back!

Without doubt the best experience to date; the owners are outstandingly good at everything they do. Our arrival was delayed because of Avis Car Hire- we should have arrived around 20.00, but were still in Pisa waiting far a car at that time- the owners waited an extra 2 hours for us to arrive. Each day, they came to the villa to clean the pool, remove and replace rubbish sacks, and did so very in-obtrusively; they left little notes with a present- Pana cota, eggs, a dessert, all home made. Wonderful experience.

Heaven on Earth
We all agree this was the most relaxing holiday ever! After a pain free drive from Pisa through the beautiful Tuscan countryside we arrived at Montecastelli. The villa was instantly recognisable as we approached. We were warmly greeted by the owners who showed us round our beautiful surroundings. The villa was very clean and very well equipped for us self catering. It is located in a wonderfully quiet area where we were joined by buzzards flying overhead in the day and the sound of owls in the evening. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! Pool is around 3 feet or so deep and our 10 year old could stand easily. It is also gated for those with young families. We spent one day out in Siena but opted to relax for the remainder of the time. The villa provided the perfect surroundings for this. A well stocked shop is about 10 to 15 minutes away. Gina kindly left a very generous hamper on our arrival and dropped of some fabulous treats through the week. Your pane cotta will be long remembered as being amazing! Thank you for a wonderful time in beautiful Italy. We will be back I’m sure.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful location
From the amazing sunsets, the clean, airy villa, the fantastic views - this was an excellent place to stay. The swimming pool was lovely as was the jacuzzi. A beautiful place
Very well looked after by the owners. Wonderful views from the house and garden. Even the lighting on the ancient castle and geothermal towers across the valley add to the nighttime atmosphere. If you like walking, there are rugged paths from the house into the woods and the Pavone valley which is an idyllic place. And quite a lot of others around and about. We never saw wild boar, but often heard them and saw lots of their tracks.

Fantastic honeymoon location
Myself and my wife spent a week at Centopino as part of our honeymoon touring Italy and it was exactly what we needed. As soon as we booked communication with Gina and information has always been a pleasure. The photos actually do not do the Villa justice as the pool somehow is larger than it looks, the Villa is perfectly located to all major towns for sightseeing and close enough to small towns for lunches etc, not thay you will need them with the delicious basket and treats Gina leaves. The pdf gina provides gives all the information you will require but the private chef at the villa is for sure a tuscan culinary experience not to miss. We hope to return to the region one day and I am sure when we do we will be looking to stay here again.

Perfect villa and perfect hosts
The villa is in the most beautiful setting - better than the pictures, surrounded by rolling hills and an olive grove as well as being totally private! Watch the sunset over the Tuscan hills from the patio or jacuzzi and feed the wild boar... this villa is truly great for relaxation. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, as well as a bbq. The hosts were fabulous and checked in with us regularly, as well as providing some lovely treats throughout the week! We walked up to the local village which has 2 restaurants, there is also a coop supermarket 15 minutes drive away for supplies. Apprx 1 hour drive to the beautiful Sienna, plenty of things to do whilst here! Thank you Gina and Franco for a fabulous week and we hope to see you again :) :)

An amazing holiday in the perfect setting
It would be difficult to find a holiday villa with a more perfect view than this. Sit on the balcony or look out of any window to fill your eyes with the beauty of Tuscany. The villa is fabulous, with everything in it you might need for a relaxing holiday. The hosts, Gina and Franco, are simply fabulous; nothing is too much trouble for them, but what is more, they leave the most delicious treats every few days: panna cotta, tiramisu, jam tarts, their home-produced olive oil.. This was our first visit to Tuscany, but will not be our last. We could not recommend Centopino more highly - simply perfect.

Villa Centipino is so well equipped that we didn't want to go 'off site'! For our family of 4 it provided a perfect blend of homeliness and luxury with everything we needed for a truly relaxing week in the depths of Tuscany! The pool is nestled within the beautiful private garden and the hot tub sits up by the villa, perfectly placed for sipping our favourite tipple, whilst watching the amazing sunset before supper each evening. It's a pleasant 30 minute walk up into Montecastilla Pisano, a sweet village at the top of the hill. We enjoyed two meals at the pizzeria restaurant which offers a limited but reasonably priced menu with local wines. Gina and Franco, the owners of the villa are the most adorable couple who go well beyond the call of duty to make sure you have everything you need (and more!) during your stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Centipino!

Lovely Tuscan Farmhouse with immaculate gardens
We had a lovely stay at Villa Centopine. The farmhouse is well equipped - a good sized kitchen to work in and good sized rooms. The pool was plenty warm enough even in early June. Gina brought lovely treats and also a very generous welcome basket. It is quite isolated which we liked. We visited San Gimignano and Florence and we also did some good hikes locally and in the Geothermic park nearby. The local restaurant in Montecastelli is very good. Definitely recommend.

Si le paradis existe, il est là !
Bien sûr il y a l'environnement des champs d'oliviers, la vue sur les vallons, le village et le château. Bien sûr il y a la piscine et le jacuzzi et le feu de bois pour les soirées fraîches. Bien sûr il y a le calme de la campagne. Il y a tout cela qui rend votre séjour inoubliable. Mais plus que tout il y a la gentillesse, l'attention, la prévenance, la bonne humeur et le sourire de Gina et de Franco qui rendent votre séjour unique ! Mille mercis encore à nos charmants hôtes ! Fabulous family holiday in the most beautiful villa

Amazing - Top quality accommodation
A lovely villa with great facilities close to a pretty mountain top village. Montecastelli Pisano has a lovely restaurant which is within reasonable walking distance and does great food (pizza at the weekend). The views from the villa were spectacular and there are lots of walking routes in the region (particularly for viewing some of the local geothermal activity including hots springs and steaming rocks). The region is known for its green energy. The villa was impeccably maintained but best of all was the hospitality of the villa owners who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make sure we sampled some of the local delicacies. We cant thank them enough. What a find!
