Wohlfühl-Oase im Herzen von Casablanca
Ein sehr gutes Haus, das auch nach europäischen Standards die 5 Sterne verdient. Die Lokalität ist hervorragend, der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen, Preis - Leistung stimmt sehr gut. Die ÖV und die Taxis befinden sich vor dem Hoteleingang, auch die Altstadt Medina liegt direkt hinter dem Hotel.

Älteres Hotel, vernünftig in Schuss gehalten
Das Hotel ist für marokanische sehr gut - für europäische Verhälnisse sehr gut ausgestattet aber definitiv nicht top. Die Zimmer sind super gross und die Betten Top. Habe perfekt geschlafen. Leider sind alle Möbel und Türen auf Hochglanz gemacht, das Putzenteam kann aber diesem schönen Standard nicht gerecht werden. Es bleiben immer Abdrücke etc. und man muss da ein paar Abstriche machen. Es war aber nie schmutzig - es sind nur Details, bei 5 Sternen kann man das aber verlangen. Die Lobby ist auch zum Arbeiten und für Besprechungen geeignet - auf dem Zimmer sowies. WiFi ist top, überall einfach erreichbar und keine Löcher, Unterbrechungen, Werbung etc... Weltklasse! Frühstück ist in Buffetform, wobei auch auf Abwechslung geschaut wird - Warm wird grad zubereitet und man kann zusehen. Ich habe einen Shuttle Service (vom Flughafen, für 600 MAD) beim Hotel gebucht - teuer aber hat bestens geklappt. Kein Taxi sondern eine schwarze Limousine. Allgemein fand ich den Service OK.

My wife and I were at this great hotel when the earthquake was happening. We were scared, but these incredible staff who put us at ease— Reall champs—especially the director, Aurelien Tara! This hotel does not deserve the rating of “Very Good,” but the “Exceptional,” rating! Our stay will be memorable because every staff member made us feel like royalty, especially Badr Hafraoui. We felt at home! I miss them already. I had never been attached to a hotel like this one. A five-start hotel like no other. I became a member of their reward program—they were that exceptional!

It is perfect for us. Near the tram, medina, taxis, etc. The hotel is guarded and all staff members pay attention to the needs of the residents. We encountered no issues here. Rooms are cleaned as soon as you go out for the day and all products/amenities are replaced in the room daily.

Reasonably pleasant stay. Good gym, sauna and steam room but opening times depended on who you asked. They could have put up a notice outside. Swimming pool was not available because of early season which was a big disappointment.

This place is a joke. You cant be charged almost 300 USD per night with standard of for two start hotel. The carpet in room are filzy. The steam room smells so terrible and it smelled like mold. They complementary breakfast was charged $32per person which wasn't clearly explained by staffs. The breakfast should not be worth $2 per person. Checking your charge before leaving. They try to over charge or double charge breakfast we didnt even dine. We will never stay here again.
