Dear Jacques,Thank you for taking the time to offer your comments following your recent stay. Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. Our room rates are very competitive for a 4* hotel and do not reflect the thermal suite access being included in the room. Our facilities offer a luxury feel including the original post office features across the hotel. When you compare all other 4* hotels in Cardiff that don’t have spa’s you will find our rates are good for a newer hotel. Our thermal suite is a unique facility offering an infinity pool with views across Cardiff Castle, Cardiff arms park and a limited space to unwind, relax, to use our heated beds, you can enjoy a glass of fizz in the thermal suite, relax in our steam room and sauna. For all these reasons we charge for the facility. When you book you receive an email for a link with our website and terms and conditions like below. We list the minimum age requirement in facility online and that it must be bookable in advance at additional charge. Dear Ryan, Thank you for your review. Our rooms are sound proofed to block out internal and external noise. Sorry to hear our hotel didn't fit your needs in our well located spot. All our suites are facing Westgate Street and unfortunately, we didn't have any other options to move you at the back of the property. I do hope that you will return in the future, and that we will be able to offer a better experience for you.
