Für eine Nacht ok würde es aber nicht mehr buchen
Das Zimmer war ok… könnte besser geputzt sein und instand gehalten werden…. Frühstück war ich ein Mal war aber nicht so gut.

the room and location are top. The issue was not from hotel but from those finished pubbing hotel guests.They arrived the hotel room late or should I say early in the morning? 2-3 o'clock, they're very inconsiderate and shut very hard the room door. The whole night you can hardly get good sleep from such circumstances.

Hotel für kurze Aufenthalt
Hotel liegt sehr zentral, neben Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und staubig, das Frühstück war ganz gut. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr zentral gelegen. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber (12£ pro Tag). Zimmer recht klein und ohne Schrank, aber sehr sauber und für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Frühstück war ok für den Preis.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ok, würde ich aber nicht nochmal buchen. Es hätte sauberer sein können, auch nach der machreinigung noch überall Fussel und in den Ecken etwas schmutzig. Insgesamt aber zufrieden. Würde nochmal buchen

the price was very good for the area it was in. right next to everything. the rooms are super tiny which is fine but my room was right next to where the custodian room was so every morning i was woken up to the carts hitting my door as they walked in and out of the room which was very loud. there was also noises constantly coming from the air vent even when it wasn’t on which was very loud and kept me up as well. my key cards kept being deactivated as well which was frustrating to have to constantly get new ones.

The property is conveniently located near the train station. Great property and good value. Breakfast was good all you can eat buffet style. Very professional and friendly staff. I had a awesome time. I highly recommend the stay here.

Only thing that was wrong was that the lift was broken so had to climb to the fourth floor but had a lovely stay. Very clean and very welcoming staff, will be staying again!

Loved the compact feel of the rooms. Plenty of space even with 1 28inch suitcase. Id say a double room would hold another suitcase as well. You did hear some bar crowds on the weekend though it was bearable... Easy access to main bus stops to get around Cardiff. Utilizing taxis was also very convient from this location. Literally right outside the doors. Hotel staff were very friendly, only thing is Fire Alarm went off in night though staff were very understanding of patron frustration.

The rooms were clean and tidy with excellent amenities but clearly in need of renovation. The first room i was given unfortunately had no heating but the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient and provided me with a replacement quickly. The impromptu water feature in reception detracted from the ambiance(water leak). The beds were clean and comfortable with a large tv and the bathrooms were of good quality.

Exceptional stay… I experienced an exceptional stay at this wonderful hotel which provided me with some of the finest customer service and hospitality that I have ever experienced at a hotel. The whole team at Sleeperz Cardiff strived and achieved in making my stay world-class, absolutely terrific friendly, efficient and professional service that was of the highest order. The superior double room I resided in was marvellous, a modern spacious room which was well decorated and presented, spotlessly clean and contained all that is required for a comfortable stay including a large television, excellent speedy Wi-Fi, in room iron and board, pleasant place to sit and work and then there is the magnificent bed with dreamy mattress, lovely duvet and sumptuous pillows which aided a great nice sleep. The modern en suite bathroom was also immaculately clean present with a large shower cubicle with double headed powerful shower, fluffy towels and mist free mirror which completed the experience. The main reason that I choose the Sleeperz was its location, which is adjacent to the cities main railway station and (soon to be opened) main bus exchange, yet, the hotel is also very well position on the edge of the main nightlife area within easy walking distance of the main shopping district, in fact, most of the attractions and amenities of the Welsh capital. Good location
Door card key kept having to be reloaded. Rooms very small with some in-house noises. Great location by station. English second language speakers on desk so no local knowledge supplied. Had breakfast over the road in Wetherspoons as cheaper. However, a vast majority of pubs were below par, (17 visited over two days ) and central Cardiff is off the visit list.

The hotel was very convenient for a night stay in the city, very close to the bars and restaurants and 10min walk from the castle and 20 min away from the bay. The room had a small bathroom and large bed, with TV that you could connect to your phone. The room had a bit of wear and tear issues and the extra pillows provided had not been changed and were dirty. We only received one towel between us. Overall it was for for purpose and would return for another night stay.

Centrally located and modern
Centrally located and modern. Clean, well priced with friendly service. The room was on the small side for 4 people and the bathroom was very small. The floor arrangements were a bit odd with a small set of stairs going up and down from the elevator to more rooms on the same "floor".
