Zentrale Lage des Hotels. Die Zufahrt zur Garage ist nicht leicht zu finden. Gegenüber dem Hotel ist die Disco Meile. Am Wochenende ist Musik zu hören. Uns wurde beim check-in zunächst eine kleines Zimmer im 1. Stock für Disabled Persons gegeben. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir dann ein normales geräumiges DZ im 7. Stock zugewiesen.

Best Part of this hotel is location. And that’s about it. Ella Smith & Richard were absolutely fantastic with Customer Service, Rest of the staff were not so helpful. The hotel has potential but I believe due to some outdated decor and uncomfortable beds it ruins the whole Marriott experience.

Really central with parking on site. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms could do with a refurb! Little dated and tired decor. Missing little touches like face wash clothes / vanity packs.

Nice staff and property had been kept up to date. We had the room facing the bars. We happened to be in a long holiday weekend so every night there was a patty on the street until 3:00 am.

Maintenance tried to adjust the cooling in the air conditioning system but did not have sufficient cooling I had to put the system on 10 (C) with a high fan. This may have been a problem if the weather was hot. I believe we were in Room 1016 - deluxe bedroom

Cracked window in our room , mosquitos everywhere. Maintenance stalk knew about this room , previous couple in room had a fight , lady threw something & cracked window , blood everywhere & outside room . Surely if cleaners knew about the room why were we allocated it ? We are regular visitors !!! In fairness we were given another room quickly 👍👍

Lovely staff and good sized rooms. Nice and close to bars, restaurant and train station. Noisy with having bars outside so may impact some people with kids. Bathroom could have done with updating as it's the only thing that let the hotel down slightly. Brilliant with our kids and lovely that there was an Easter trail for the morning of Easter Sunday

I stayed there for 2 nights and really liked it. I arrived by train what made the location perfect, just 5 minutes walking and I was there. Very nice restaurant, I definitely recommend it!

As soon as we walked through the door there was a smile and a warm welcome! Check in was in minutes, the room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Nice hotel & staff - a mission to get there! 😫
Nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. Big negatives regarding the directions to get to the hotel by car around Cardiffs awful one way system - we probably got 2-3 tickets for being in the wrong lane as the sat nav is incorrect and the directions on the website are unclear. The hotel should flag this as a major issue in advance of anyone staying here. Even the staff apologised that this was a big problem - but needs sorting out. Food was ok.. but not spectacular for the price.
