the location is unique at century city the staff is okay but the service is not good, the AC is old and make a lot of noise, room space is small, restaurant breakfast food same every day, there is no HALAL food

Great stay
We like this hotel for its great location .It feels safe and it’s right next to Centuary Mall for shopping and plenty of eating places ..A straightforward drive from the airport in about 40 mins …. Friendly staff ..and a great breakfast …rooms are quite small and don’t have a fridge …it’s quiet and has a lovely outdoor pool and sitting area ..

We had a two night stay …it’s a great location no too far from the airport very clean and safe area ..excellant food dining shopping mall short walk away … The staff very friendly and helpful plus a good breakfast .

Twin room onky one side table.
I would like a side table on both sides of the bed (twin ). There is only one side table on the window's side of the two beds. The shower's water was only luke warm.

Dear Susara,Thank-you for sharing your comments with us. I apologize for having only one pedestal in your room, I will follow up to ensure the second one is replaced. We have checked our water temperatures, they are correct. During periods of lower occupancy, the water does take longer to circulate and reach the desired temperature especially during cold weather. Running a water for a little longer before showering does help.Kind regards,

Disappointing Service
When I arrived, the lady busy booking me in was in conversations with others, left me standing at reception without saying anything and then was just handed the room card. in the room, the phone did not work, neither did the kettle. I called the reception from my cell phone requesting a cup of tea, instead they send hot water to the room, there was no milk, no spoons or stirrer. The breakfast was terrible, most of the food was finished so we had the bits that was left over. I have stayed in StayEasy Century 3 times now in the past 6 months and by far this was my worst stay.

It is a nice propriety, well furnished and clean. It is at walking distance from the Canal Walk Shopping Mall. We had went to the mall for dinner. Our way back was unsafe since we had been followed. We had to return to the mall and ask security to scot us to the hotel

Excellent hotel with good location.
StayEasy has always been my go-to hotel when going to Cape Town for business trips.. Good location and value for money with included breakfast. Only complain is the on-site parking is outdoors. Would have been great if they make arrangement with Canal Walk to have in-door parking instead.

The hotel is clean and has everything you need, which is fine. The rooms are by no means soundproof as advertised and the hotel is extremely noisy. We were woken up multiple times during our one-night stay by people shouting and laughing in the corridors and two different people knocked on our door in the middle of the night thinking someone else was staying there! We left extremely tired. Won't be booking again for sure.

Clean & comfortable
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were not as friendly as we have experienced before. We called for the iron and ironing board the iron was in ooor condition. The hole where the water goes in was uncovered. Water was pouring out while we were ironing. The breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy.
