Traumurlaub im Traumhaus
Als erstes muss erwähnt sein, dass es sich bei der Familie Gramlich um einen Top-Vermieter handelt, der über die Erwartungen hinaus geht. Beste Vorabinformationen und beste Kommunikation ist inklusive. Das Haus war Top sauber und ist bestens ausgestattet. Es finden sich sehr viele kleine Details und Einrichtungsgegenstände, die dafür sorgen, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Neben dem Haus fanden direkt Bauarbeiten statt, der Lärm beschränkte sich jedoch auf wenige Stunden am Vormittag und sollten auch bald abgeschlossen sein. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Beste Empfehlung von unserer Seite für dieses tolle Haus.

Awesome estate!
Great Villa, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Everything seemed to be new and well maintained. There was one bummer though: there was a construction site next door which impacted our vacation with dust and noise. But it was not that bad as it might sound. And once they‘re done building the house, I would definitely go again. Also, the owners / landlords of the rented villa as well as the property management on site and even the pool guys were super friendly and helped immediately when help was needed. Long story short: If you want to have a great time in Cape Coral and if you‘re looking for a nice villa: „New Starshine“ is definitely the place to go!

Wunderschönes Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit, eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Super nette Gastgeber, zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstkorb. Vor Ort gab es einen Ansprechpartner, der sehr nett war und jederzeit zur Verfügung stand. Sogar für den Strand Besuch ist das Haus ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ganz zu schweigen ist einfach ein absoluter Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Großartig!
Vorweg eine perfekte Beschreibung des Hauses und eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Kommunikation bei Fragen o.Ä. Die hohen Erwartungen nach den Bildern wurden noch übertroffen! Das Objekt ist top, gepflegt und es ist alles reichlich vorhanden. Ausgestattet weit über Standard, von Handtüchern bis Geschirr ist Qualität und Quantität über „normal“ in den USA. Der Pool ist super und außergewöhnlich durch die Infinity-Wirkung, die Lage schön ruhig aber trotzdem ist alles gut zu erreichen. Die Klimatisierung des Hauses ist sehr leise und effizient. Wir kommen defintiv wieder und empfehlen uneingeschränkt weiter.

Traumhaft schöne Villa
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Villa und haben wieder traumhaft schöne Tage dort verbracht. Es wird sicherlich nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt gewesen sein. Die Eigentümer sind super mega freundlich und versorgen einen schon im Vorfeld mit tollen Typs. Dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön an Fr. Gramlich. Vor Ort wird man von Robert und Tanja betreut. Dazu können wir nur eines sagen und das kommt von ganzem Herzen. "IHR SEID EINFACH GENIAL". WIR KOMMEN WIEDER....VERSPROCHEN!!!!

Unser dritter Aufenthalt in Cape Coral und wir haben unser Traumhaus gefunden!
Wie die Überschrift schon sagt... Nach unserer Rundreise (Key West, Orlando, Tampa) war die Villa New Starshine der perfekte Ort um Abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen! Das Haus ist Top eingerichtet und schön hell, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat. Prachtstück für uns und die Kinder war natürlich der wunderschöne, morderne Pool, an dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Der Pool ließ sich heizen und somit konnte man auch Abends noch die Ruhe draußen genießen, wenn die Kinder denn schliefen. Cape Coral selber ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Aktivitäten. Die wunderschönen Strände von Ft. Myers und Sanibel sind in knapp 30 Minuten erreicht. Das Haus liegt ruhig und man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit am Cape Coral Parkway oder auch am Del Prado Boulevard. Wir konnten nicht widerstehen und haben am vorletzten Urlaubstag direkt für das nächste Jahr direkt wieder gebucht. Die Messlatte liegt jetzt auch ganz schön hoch! Exquisite vacation home experience
From check-in to welcome meeting with the property manager to an entire week of feeling completely “at home” The New Starshine exceeded all of our expectations. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, fully stocked with absolutely everything a family would need to be completely comfortable. The beds are sumptuous with a top of the line mattress and thick/luxurious bedding. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the infinity edge pool along with the hot tub. The welcome fruit arrangement lasted us all week and was a very unexpected touch. Manager is close by and very communicative if you need anything or have any questions. We will absolutely be booking again and base our vacation around this home’s availability. We thank the owners and property manager for anticipating every little need. A Great Stay At Your House
Upon arrival, we were completely amazed with the beautiful house and pool/spa. We felt at home with all the amenities. When we went to the beach, there were chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take along. Another day when we were there we had a very enjoyable bike ride through the neighborhood, using bicycles that were in the garage. We had friends that visited us at the house, and they too were awestruck with the domicile. Each evening we would sit in the spa and marvel at the gorgeous sunsets. We would love to come and visit Florida again and stay in this house.

Last Minute Holiday Vacation Opportunity in Cape Coral
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious European style villa/home. It was so clean and elegant, and filled with lovely art. Being on the canal was awesome and the screened-in back yard with infinity pool and hot tub was so nice. We really appreciated all the amenities and uncommon touches, like the bowl of fresh fruit that we nibbled on the entire week and the well stocked kitchen (including condiments and tons of spices). They had a large bluetooth speaker for us to use. The beds were very comfortable, and the TVs were good. Property mgr. Sabine was nice, responsive and helpful. We’d love to visit Villa StarShine again!

Amazing vacation
Our vacation was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The house was even better than pictured. The majority of our time was spent outside by the pool. We also took a few trips to get ice cream on the bikes, and drove over to Sanibel a couple times. I must say the house was incredibly supplied with anything necessary (thank you), communication before and during our stay was fantastic, there wasn't anything we couldn't find (except a extra days). Exquisite Getaway
Stunning home for our Christmas vacation! The property was absolutely beautiful and in a very desirable location. We spent most of our time just enjoying the weather and quality family time on the spacious lanai. Holger and Silvia were perfect hosts answering all of our questions in a timely fashion, prior to our arrival. Sabine was equally excellent during our stay, making sure all accommodations exceeded our expectations. From the time we arrived everything was better than promised. We cannot say enough good things about Sabine, she was extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The pool and views are amazing along with having a ground floor access to everything makes for great functionality between indoor and outdoor space. Publix and dollar general are just down the street along with a short drive to lobster lady and rum runners. Thank you for a great anniversary! Hope to come again next year.

A great pool vacation
We rented this property for a week and truly enjoyed it! Clean, with European style furnishings, a great master suite, and a pool area that was second to none. Wide and spacious patio with space for both shade or sun, a perfectly sized and attractive pool, a comfortable hot tub, outside grill, with a nice view of the canal, and none of the neighboring homes too close. With the pool area right outside a spacious kitchen, it is perfect for hosting guests. The property has a nice location in Cape Coral, convenient to shopping and restaurants, without being on too busy of a street. The property manager is very friendly and responsive. Overall highly recommended!

Perfect for our family vacation
beautiful home, nice location. perfect for our family vacation. Stayed here while my son was playing baseball in Ft Myers. Fantastic place to "come home" and relax after a day at the ball field. We arrived to the air not working which was fixed promptly my management the next day. The process for checking in was simple as your given a garage code. Awesome!
Pelican was everything that was promised and then some. Beautiful accommodations morning, noon, and night. We enjoyed our morning coffee by the canal (in the shade) and also enjoyed our late night swims under the stars and moonlight. The "bungalow" was perfect for my parents while me and my wife and kids slept in the main part of the home. Plenty of ceiling fans allowed for good Temps without running the AC too much. Also really enjoyed the beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas provided in the garage. Bought a couple of extra foam floaties (smiley faced) for the pool and didn't feel bad leaving them behind for the next people as we really enjoyed having so many items provided. Dining and living areas (indoor and out) were spacious and included plenty of items for our own dining and entertainment needs (and wants). Check in and check out was super easy as well. Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this place to any other family or group of couples looking to stay in the area.

Beautiful, clean, modern home and neighborhood
We had a comfortable stay in this modern new home. Pool I think was salt water system with hot tub (not that hot but you can maybe ask if you need temp raised as manager Sabine is very responsive and easy to talk to) and lanai were beautiful. Saw many jumping fish in the canal passing through. Loved sitting down on the Adirondack chairs by the waterfront taking in the peaceful evening atmosphere with a drink and book. Showers were gorgeous, including one extra one in the master that had a private outdoor access along with the massive indoor one. Take your pick! Kitchen was huge just like the pics with view of the outdoors.Grateful to be able to borrow a beach cruiser ( I believe there were 3 or 4 available bikes to choose from) and took an evening cruise through the lovely peaceful neighborhoods. Be aware that the second king size (I think) bedroom is located with access ONLY from the lanai with its own bathroom which they call the cabana. It was fine with us but not sure if it would be fine for everyone and I don’t remember it being stated in the listing. Overall, we highly recommend this home and hope to return again one day. Love this house!
We loved our stay in this house! The house is beautiful and well laid out. Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably. The home owners and Sadine (property manager) was wonderful to work with. This place literally has everything you could want on a vacation from a pack-n-play, high chair, beach toys, bikes, and kids toys. The pool and spa area is amazing and overlooking the canal where the jumping fish will surely keep you entertained (especially for young children). We cannot wait to come back!

Great place!
We had a fantastic stay for Spring Break this year! Beautiful house and the most comfortable beds! The kids loved the pool and hot tub and were in it all day everyday. My girlfriend and I loved the hot tub and the guys had a great time fishing in the channel. We barely had to leave the house, it was just so nice. We went to the Cape Coral beach once, it was nice and close. Also within a reasonable driving distance of Sanibel island as well. The only negatives were the dryer did not work - it would not dry our clothes at all, so we had to let them dry outside......and the electric bill at the end of the week was quite high. But neither are real deal breakers and we are already talking about going back next year!

Because of easter the repair of the dryer delayed a few days , usually the property management solves problems within 1-2 days. Thanksgiving 2020
Our family had a great time staying here over thanksgiving. The property was immaculate and better than the pictures. Unfortunately the AC was not working when we arrived but the property manager had it serviced first thing the next day. We will definitely consider staying here again on future trips to the area. One thing to consider when booking if you plan on boating and are unfamiliar with the area, it is about 45 min to 1 hr to get to open water through the canals.

Amazing property!!
We stayed here for two weeks in December, during COVID-19. This property was amazing. It was so clean, fresh and a great getaway. We really enjoyed the infinity pool overlooking the canal and hot tub. The dock was nice for fishing. The house was really quiet. Since we were working and doing school remotely it was great that we had an office and other tables, counters, workspaces to spread out. The neighborhood was great. The southern exposure is the pool provided maximum sun all day, from sunrise to sunset. We paid for electricity, but don't let that concern you. The overall rental price was very fair, and then we're were able to heat the pool and hot tub as we liked without having a limit set. We would love to come again and would stay here without hesitation. The property manager was very helpful and kind. Thank you so much!!!

The house was very modern and nice. Beautiful pool. We noticed the house had traps all around when we arrived but didn't know why. Eventually ants and other types of bugs started coming out all over the house. We advised the manager and he was very helpful. Additional to this issue is that its time to change the towels through out the house, silverware was dirty, and they charge a fee over $5 a day for electricity which we found odd. Also the welcome book regarding the house and the area was only in German this was difficult to understand. We were not comfortable after these issues so we left a day early.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern styled home. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We miss waking up to the scenic views and plan to return in the future.

Beautiful house with plenty of places to relax.
Location is a little out of the way- but worth it if you are staying put. If you are planning day trips to Twins baseball, Sanibel, Naples, Marco Island-plan for traffic and long drives. Took 1 hour to get to airport on departure at 9:00 am.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, jedoch möchten wir ergänzen, daß unsere Villa New Starshine sehr zentral und an einem breiten Kanal und im schönsten Teil von Cape Coral liegt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und die kleine Shoppingmeile bei Cape Harbour erreichen sie in 7 Minuten. Die von Ihnen angegebene Fahrtzeit zu den Stränden können von uns ebenfalls nicht bestätigt werden. Wir benötigten niemals länger als 35 Minuten zum Flughafen und 30 bis 45 Minuten zu den Stränden von Sanibel und Fort Myers. Ihren Gästebucheintrag in unserm Haus danken wir von Herzen, da sie darin unser Haus in allerhöchstem Maße lobten und alle Vorzüge besonders betonten. Wir hätten uns gefreut, diesen Eintrag auf dieser Seite veröffentlichen zu können. Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis bald, Silvia und Holger

Fantastic
Everything is new and modern, everything with booking and contact with the houseowners and the landloard ran smoothly and the view was fantastic. The pictures online do it Justine. We had a wonderful holiday.

Fancy!!
Very modern and airy with an infinity pool and jacuzzi looking out to the canal. The doors slide out so we can enjoy the effortless inside-outside living. Nearby is a charming flea market and affordable fine dining. The owners and management are pleasant and accommodating.
