Die Unterkunft hat Bauarbeiten und dementsprechend viel Stoff. Dazu kommt, dass Hotelzimmer wird nur 2 Mal die Woche sauber gemacht, wenn kein Tipp fertig liegt, wird noch weniger sauber gemacht. Teilweise ist das Problem mangel an personal. Lage ist gut, Frühstück was besser als durchschnitt.

The property is an older property that is currently being renovated. Our room was one of those not renovated at the time. My 3 year old was in the shower and pointed out there were flys in the shower. My husband went down to the office and the staff was excellent and upgraded our room to a newly renovated, much cleaner, suite.

Rooms were nasty dirty. We had to wear our shoes in the rooms. 1st room 1 bed was completely broken and off the frame and the toilet wasn't connected to the floor properly. Next room the bathroom toilet just keept running and the floors were nasty dirty. Music played so loud until about 9pm then started again by 8am. Hard to sleep if you have an early flight out. Check in staff was nice but the restaurant staff seemed a bit cranky. I probably wouldn't stay here again. Just easy for cruising out of.

Beautiful property. I think the acrual hotel is old, but has been upgraded. Everything looks freshly painted. Beautiful courtyard and pool area. Gorgeous palm trees and flowers. Hot tub. Pool has a waterfall. Has a bar with delicious tropical drinks. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed for one day two rooms and prepaid for my stay. I was told they needed a card for incidentals, a hold of a percentage of the rate, that would be released in 3 days. Instead they charged me for both rooms again. This even after I asked if they would only hold and not charge.

Convenient to stay before cruise, but it’s old, so even when it’s not particularly dirty looks dingy. Very dated. Lamp between beds didn’t work. Very narrow halls, tiny elevators. Nothing horrible but I won’t book again.
