Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen mit einem erfrischenden Tuch und einem Prosecco sowie Kaltgetränk. Daraufhin haben wir eine Führung durch das ganze Hotel von unserem Butler bekommen und es wurden alle Funktionen im Zimmer erklärt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und 2 x am Tag kommt das Housekeeping. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist super, es gibt auch einen Bose Bluetooth Lautsprecher, großen TV usw.. Der Butler Service ist exzellent, wir haben seine Handy Nummer bekommen und konnten jederzeit per What’s App schreiben. Er hat uns alles sofort und problemlos organisiert z.b. Golf Car gemietet, Ausflüge organisiert und weitere Zimmer Ausstattung besorgt. Die Swim UP Suite Lohn sich auf jeden Fall! Der Service ist Super und auch aus der Poolbar werden die Getränke an die Swim up Suite gebracht. Sehr gute Animation durch John & Charlie! Jeden Tag Abwechslung. Z.B. Schaumparty mit Live DJ, Volleyball, Dart, Live Musik, Live Band, Magic Show, Aqua Bike... Die alkoholische Getränke sind alles namenhafte Marken und nicht nur billig Fussel (Bombay Gin, Absolut Vodka, Jack Daniels, Martini usw..) Alles ist ebenerdig zu erreichen! Für Rollstuhlfahrer durch die Rampen und Aufzüge alles problemlos erreichbar. Jedoch keine barrierefreie Zimmerausstattung. Dusche ist zwar ebenerdig und ein Stuhl wurde vom Butler direkt organisiert. Danke an unseren Butler Luis für den super Service. Perfect wedding anniversary vacations
We selected the TRS Cap Cana to celebrate our 20 wedding anniversary. We expected privacy and a great service. We were not disappointed, excellent service combined with privacy in an elegant resort in exclusive Cap Cana Marina. Special acknowledgments to Brenda at the reception and Bayron our personal servant, and to the staff who very nicely prepared our room. Minor disadvantages: small choices for breakfast and pretty small beach.

The place is nice, mostly clean but the main pool bar is under a walkway bridge with screaming loud music. The food is completely tasteless and the breakfast is terrible. No effort put into it. The coffee bar has unhappy people running it. The bar tenders are nice. We go to the DR often and I had high hopes because of the location.If they fix the food I would consider going back.

The staff was incredible. From the moment of arrival, we were treated like royalty. Our butler Oscar was incredibly attentive and pool bartender Edwin made us laugh & feel very special. Activities director Ninja always brought the smiles. The poolside grill cook (we didn't get his name) was not only an excellent cook but took care of us in many ways. We had a spectacular vacation and definitely plain on returning!

Amazing resort, let down by some of the food. The two main highlights - the staff are incredible and having a butler was great, and the resort itself was amazing. The resort is quiet even when at capacity and you can always get a sun bed. Would highly recommend getting a swim up room, just amazing - such a lovely experience. Swimming pools were great, cleaned all the time and you have staff on hand all around to get drinks. All inclusive drinks were great but you have to keep asking for them. We had a bottle of cava delivered to the room everyday, sometimes two. We had drinks brought to us in the swimming pool by the room by staff, was great. Staff were great - shout out to Manuel, Venus, Sigfrido, Juan Luis and a few others. They couldn’t help more, but they do need better middle management to coordinate better. Kitchen staff in some restaurants were great, others poor. Food - steak, pasta and some breakfast bits are great. The breakfast buffet was not good, either over cooked and left out too long, or pastries left out day after day. There are two amazing restaurants a short walk away in town off the resort that are great but add cost. Cap Cana - the gated community it is situated in is safe, secure and feels nice. Beaches - the little one in the resort is nice, waters a bit green, did have dinner on it, the other one around the marina is amazing and quiet. Would say it is so close to being incredible with a few tweaks and better middle management.

TRS was amazing in many ways! It’s a beautiful location on the marina, the property is clean, well-kept, modern, the room was very comfortable, the entertainment was fantastic, the food was delicious but I think the best of all were the employees and staff. They knew us by name, and always spoke to us as if they had known us for years. From the folks at the front desk, to the butler, to the housekeepers, chefs, waiters and waitresses, to the entertainers and bell services. We were very pleased with how we were treated and the level of care that we received. Everyday they went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and satisfied. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Great small resort if it's what it is you are looking for, pools are amazing but beach is small. You do have option for one day pass to different TRS hotel that has great beach. Food and drinks are top for All Inclusive resort, staff is really friendly and they remember you during the stay, don't ignore you when they see you. Definitely worth the trip and stay, 5 stars

We had an amazing week at TRS Cap Cana, from beginning to end it was splendid. The property is very safe and the cleanliness is no joke. The staff are so kind and helpful, our butler Oscar was great with setting everything up for us and the food is very good. If you want a reset, this is the place.

The location is beautiful and the property is clean but we expected better service from a resort that provides butler service. Upon arrival, check in was confusing and took much longer than anticipated, especially after checking in online, traveling most of the day, and arriving after check in time. Even though we met directly with our butler and reviewed what we would like to have in our mini bar daily, we felt like we had to beg to have it restocked. Robertico in the lobby bar was attentive, personable, and polite. The resort has a lot of potential but the inconsistencies are a big downside.

The property is very relaxing and quiet. Food offerings and menus are great and excellent but could use expansion and more options. The buttes service was amazing. Housekeeping and room service is spotty at best with many days lacking service. For a small boutique hotel, that was disappointing.

Hi I arrived at the hotel 4/15/24 and it did not appear as it did online . There is major construction going on leading up to the hotel . The hotel is outdated and the room was I was given was moldy and dirty . There are flies in my room and I cannot enjoy the swim up because there is no screen every time I go on the patio flies get into the room because there is no patio screen. I asked if there was a screen for the patio and received no response . I am not comfortable staying at this hotel it’s dampening my first time experience in Punta Cana . I would like a full refund . Please avoid at all cost false advertisement. First it’s not a resort it’s a hotel and dirty one at that . During my stay the power was shut off for hours , the food is horrible . There are flies and bugs in the room . Please do not book here . The staff are writing good reviews that are not honest . Very disappointing , when it rains water will leak into your hotel room. It was so bad I ended my vacation early and flew back home .
