Ruhige, gemütliche Zimmer mit Gaskamin. Die Flure waren auffallend kalt, auch der Frühstücksraum war kühl, aber auf Anfrage wurde der Kamin angemacht. Sonst haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Wir kennen das Hotel durch verschiedene Aufenthalte. Letztmalig 2016 und da war es noch ein Best Western. Das Zimmer ist wie wir es kennen. Es müsste jedoch mal renoviert werden. (am Kamin ist die Wärmeschutzdichtung nach unten gerutscht und damit sichtbar usw.) Dafür kann das freundliche Personal nichts. Der Checkin war sehr gut, sehr freundlich. Das Hotel war schon immer bei Familien sehr beliebt. Daher ist immer etwas Trubel, was wir aber nicht als unangenehm empfinden. Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht und da kann man nicht erwarten das beste Zimmer im Hotel zu bekommen.

We always enjoy our stay here; the waterslide is a big draw. The breakfast has lots of selections, and items labeled gluten free or not. They’ve upgraded the flooring in the rooms since the last time we were there: from carpet to luxury vinyl plank which was a welcome surprise with a potty training toddler. It is starting to show its age in places. The pool could probably use being shut down for a while to do some Reno’s; you can see multiple patch points, and the grout doesn’t clean super easy as evidenced by the poor guy on his hands and knees while we were in there this morning. There’s rust that’s ingrained into the grout in places. You can also tell the showers are not necessarily evident when you go through the lower level as you can see small patches of skum that’s sticky and hard to remove from peoples lotions as they haven’t showered before entering the pool. Didn’t keep us out of the pool at all. There’s a few nick’s and dings in the walls, which I’m hyper critical of having run my own hotel. Regardless of these little things the staff are always helpful and happy; always enjoy our stay here.

The amenities were good and everything went well with our stay. The furniture on the other hand was disappointing. The couch was worn out and incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. The cushions sank into the couch. Ended up sitting on the bed to watch tv which over time wasn’t very comfortable either.

We did not receive the VIP room upgrade. The hotel other amenities were great and great services However the hotel has terrible WI-FI. Almost no WiFi in the room. Also the elevator was horribly slow.

Pool with slide is a big plus. Front staff is welcoming and the property is very close to highway which makes it an easy entry/exit for banff.

The beds are terribly uncomfortable and it was very hot in our room even with the window open in April. I cut my foot on a broken light in the pool. I pulled it out of the pool and put it on the side and called front desk about it and nothing was done about it.

It was our first time at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is. Staff was very nice and we were upgraded to a king upon check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved our stay. When we arrived felt chilled and the fireplace was so warm and cozy. Beds amazing Kerig coffee great Didnt use the pool but my grand children would have loved it Lemongass toiletries were amazing and fresh The room was very clean Will definitely come again and this time bring our grandchildren Thank you 😊
