Wir haben den Augenthalt im NYX Hotel Cancun sehr genossen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen war duchgängig gut bis sehr gut, Pool und Strand sind toll und die Animation fröhlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wegen akutem Baulärm haben wir nach einigen Tagen das Zimmer getauscht, für einige Euro extra ab es dann ein tolles großes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Daher kann ich sagen, die Qualität der Zimmer variiert sehr je nach Kategorie. Wir haben den Zimmerwechselnjedenfalls keine Sekunde bereut! Danke an das gesamte Team, das unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat!

I loved my stay here, the rooms are a bit Small especially the suites. If your going to be out and about all day is fine but if your going to stay for the resort amenities I guess not so much. Other than that the food was amazing I loved everything especially the breakfast

When I arrived there was no electricity for over 12 hours. It was dark and hot. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and they refused. I was told that it was not their fault that the lights went off and it was the power companies fault. They did not offer a fan.

Poor customer service . We have been there before but service has been declining since last visit. The hotel does not accommodate any requests. Ex: 1 hour for late check out, upgrade room as the price posted on Expidea, long wait to receive your meals. SPA doesn’t inform you they can’t provide your service that has been booked in advance. Concierge doesn’t reply emails when requesting service before you arrive at the hotel or while there. Staff not prepared to serve guests. Receptionist not willing to talk to you about your feedback. There’s some good staffs but maybe a customer service training would help bring the place closer to what we except to receive when going to a resort for American customers.

The food was alright and the dinner buffet was served in a room that was hot and there were flies everywhere. Breakfast buffet was better as it was inside the hotel not on the patio. Staff were nice but not always attentive especially if you weren’t shuffling them $20 every time you sat down to eat. I can count at least three meals we never got a water refill the entire hour and a half we were sitting there. Our room was not as cold as we would have liked it. Tried adjusting the thermostat but it would not blow below 72 degrees which sucked after a hot day at the beach.

La compañía de electricidad tuvo un problema en una línea principal de suministro, que nos afectó a nosotros y otros cuatro hoteles.El sistema de reserva para restaurantes está hecho para que el huésped pueda reservar a través del código QR que hay en recepción o por la computadora localizada frente a la tienda. This is a wonderful boutique like resort, with staff that will make you feel like a VIP. Our check in with Alejandra Rivero was amazing and she gave us a free upgrade which helped make our trip even better. Thanks to the upgrade we had a beautiful terrace with a view of the bay and we enjoyed it every morning we were there. The beach area is clean, ample seating and wonderful cabana style beds which I highly recommend! The massages on the beach were the peak to our relaxation and Fernando in Chianti (a wonderful on site Italian restaurant) was the highlight in our dining experience. I cannot recommend this resort enough. Every member of staff was beyond kind and accommodating and we will definitely be staying here again.

Pros: Facility was clean. Each night they pick a different theme for dinner. Cons: The hotel has different "towers" they said that due to construction elevators in our tower were out of service. Of course for a hefty fee they would upgrade our room and have elevators. We kindly declined and they gave us the 5th floor. However there were no elevator in our tower at all. So now they lied and they tried to scam. There were plenty of rooms that they could of given us. So that was a nuisance. Another point worth mentioning is that there's a restaurant called the "Deck" and staff was so inconsistent with the clothing rule.

Our hotel is indeed divided by towers, and we have 8 of them regarding the types of rooms and views. However, 3 of them that look out to the ocean do not have elevators.Our Deck restaurant does have a dress code; for lunch, it is possible to wear sleeveless shirts; however, for dinner, gentlemen must wear sleeve shirts. For both lunch and dinner, it is necessary to be dry. My wife and I had a great stay at Hotel NYX. Maike was helpful during check-in and out, our room was clean, and the grounds looked awesome. Our food at the resort was always top-notch, and service was fast. All staff was gracious and friendly, but we wanted to shout out Carlos, at the restaurant, in particular. He was always on top of everything. We never ran out of drinks when he was our server. Overall a great experience. Would definitely go back, and recommend to our friends. PS. The Italian restaurant on property was amazing, as well. Both service and food were phenomenal.

Somebody stole my mother's hearing aid. Looks like there are thieves in that hotel staff. I paid for "all inclusive" , that means you can eat and drink all you want, when i asked a second dish the waiter never came.

Dear Fanny,Thank you for sharing your valuable review.We are sorry to read that your mother's hearing aid was lost.We have the report that you informed our front agents on the 4th around 6pm, that the last time that you saw the hearing aid device was on the 3rd, left in the bathroom, and it was folded on toilet paper, and that you think the housekeeper might have thrown it in the garbage.When our security team approaches the room to proceed with the search of the item, you inform them that it was on the 4th, that same day, and that day you went to the mall and went to an Isla Mujeres tour also, and you didn't know if you might have lost it there. Our security team look in the room and your belongins, but they werent able to find the hearind aid devide after the search; however, you also inform us that this its quite commond for you to lose the item.As a hotel, we keep looking for the item. We also informed our staff and searched in their belongings, but nothing was found.We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. However, in this particular situation, the hotel cannot be held responsible when you weren't sure where you left it. Nonetheless, we offer you all of our assistance in order to locate it if it were in our facilities. We upgraded for $100USD to face a lagoon, not the beach, ceiling fan in the room didn’t work, 2 TVs in the room & remote turned them both on at same the time, our room door was difficult to open. In all words, not worth the upgrade. They were doing construction on the property. The building was nice in front but ugly in the back. The food was ok, but not all food was included. The bar sucked, unless you had money in your hand to tip them. Some drinks were watered down or not good. The hotel was ok but I won’t stay there again.

We stayed for 6 nights and the staff and location was excellent. Unfortunately, due to the food, my partner got a terrible stomach bug that has left him suffering for a whole week after we came back. The food options are great but most food was served cold.

We had an excellent stay here. All of the food was good, especially from the restaurants. A special shout out to Eduardo, his service was attentive and friendly. The pool is small and very hard to find seating. It seems people go early and reserve chairs by putting a towel on them, half of the seats were empty but reserved by someone, kind of frustrating. The beach is where we spent most of our time, as the pool had no place to sit. The suite was beautiful and clean, with an amazing ocean view. Overall a very pleasant stay. I recommend taking an Uber from the airport! The taxis are a scam.

The restaurants and the beach make this place amazing. Don't expect too much of the hotel itself. Our first day was a letdown and we got a bit demoralized - things got much better though! Bring lots of cash for tips! Get Carlos and Balam as servers at the deck. Get Matteo as your server at the Chianti!

I really enjoyed my stay here with the all-inclusive option. The bar service, food service, buffet and breakfast was very good for the price, I had multiple options, many healthy options, and lots of variety as each day is a different focus of cuisine. The sushi bar at Umami which is included with the all inclusive was excellent. I loved the wristbands serving as your key and to prove what plan you’re on. All the staff was amazing, except one front desk lady named alejandra who was very passive aggressive. Helena was super kind and helpful. They also had features of games, bracelet making, and a party which was super awesome, they played limbo for a bottle of Tequila. I had a great experience here for the cost and would recommend. Don’t go to the Taco Villanos place with your discount voucher though, the drinks are overpriced and the tacos are NOT good. Go to Taco Grill at La Isla Mall, delicious with kind stafff.
