Gut abgeschirmt vom Trubel der Metropole
Wir waren als Business Team in Cairo. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, Personal freundlich. Es ist noch relativ unbekannt in Cairo. Nicht alle Taxifahrer finden den Ort. Uber ist eine hervorragende Alternative für den Transport dorthin. Das Essen ist gut, nicht preiswert aber hochwertig und frisch zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns sehr gut aus der hektischen Großstadt zurück ziehen und trotzdem alle Dinge in Ruhe im Hotel weiterführen.

I just stayed here for a few hours during a layover and loved this place so much! It was comfy, they had excellent customer service and was easy to get to. The only cons were I didn’t realize the shuttle for airport pickup had to be arranged days in advance- so I caught a taxi. Also the water in the room wasn’t very hot - I let them know this during checkout and they said they’d take it up with management. The only other thing is I believe you have to call to reserve your pet before hand and it is almost impossible to get through when you are calling from abroad.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with huge variety of options. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. I wouldn’t have seen the best of Cairo without the help of their amazing navigator Abdo. He was helpful in every away!!! Thumbs up Abdo and thank you for your hospitality. Looking forward to visiting your hotel again soon.

Super safe. We got there very early and they easily checked us in. Great place and so beautiful. Transport shuttle was a plus and the guy was extremely nice.

The hotel is a wedding and reception venue on he grounds next to the pool, right outside our window. Does not make for a peaceful evening or ability to sleep.

Superbe hôtel vraiment beau majestueux ,personnel agréable ,extérieur magnifique : MAIS EN TRAVAUX…. Donc marteaux piqueurs en bord de piscine TOUTE la journée …HÔTEL.COM aurait dû s assurer de ce gros point noir qui ne date pas d hier au vu du prix des chambres !!! Et qui va durer selon l hôtel …
