Als Vielreisender möchte ich dem sehr gut geführten Hotel die Note 1 geben. Alles mehr als Stimmig, sehr freundliches, gästeorientiertes, gastronomisch sehr gut geschultes Personal, sehr gute Bar- und Poolbar und einhergehend tolles Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, 10 Minuten zum Flughafen, kein Fluglärm, geräumige, schöne und gepflegte Zimmer, wenn auch etwas(aber nicht schlimm) in die Jahre gekommen, viele Shopping- und Kulinarikmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck. Sofort wieder!!! An das gesamte Team "Shokran" für die schöne Zeit

Not recommendable. Much better options in Kairo!
Noisy and dirty hotel. Craftsmen work during the night in the hotel and make huge noise. Hotel manager did not stop it even though he promised me several times. I will not return there, my colleagues neighter.

Hatte zwei Aufenthalte. Nach einer ersten Nacht in einem sehr lauten Zimmer wurde mir für den zweiten Aufenthalt ein leiseres Zimmer angeboten, aber dann wurde mir wieder eines zur Strasse angeboten.... beim Versuch ein "alcohol-free beer" zu bestellen, wurde ich immer drauf verwiesen, dass Beer "with charge" ist und bekam eines mit Alkohol serviert . Niemand von 3 Mitarbeitern sprach Englisch, Katastrophe. Habe das Bier zurückgehen lassen, und es bei Wasser belassen. Zimmer sind gross und geräumig, sauber, das Bad riecht streng aus dem Siphon.

Renovierungsbedürftig, keine 5 Sterne
Zimmer und Frühstücksrestaurant könnten renoviert werden, da es etwas abgenutzt und schmutzig ist. Nachttisch und Teppich neben Bett waren klebrig. Es gibt 4 Sterne Hotels in Kairo, die besser sind. Hotel Airport Shuttle kostet 10$ extra trotz 5 Sterne Zimmerpreis.

I didn't like that at checkout, they refused to take Egyptian Pounds to clear the room service bill which was billed in EGP. We were asked to provide a receipt from the bank showing where we exchanged USD for EGP. This was unexpected, having been in Egypt for 10 days, we didn't experience this at any other hotel either in Cairo or Hurghada.
