The hotel was pretty loud during the night. We were ment to be picked up at the airport, but the hotel forgot that. Also, for a day tour, the arrangement with a driver was difficult and missinderstanding. We like to let other customers know, that this should take good attention if you book it.

Die Unterkunft ist alles in Allem gut. Man hat natürlich einen hervorragenden Ausblick von der Terrasse. Wenn man nur nach Ägypten reist, um nah bei den Pyramiden zu sein, ist dieses Hotel empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Genialer Blick auf die Pyramiden und die Lichtshow abends (von der wir allerdings doch recht wenig beeindruckt waren - der Sonnenuntergang war da schon schöner). Beim Frühstück sollte man wohl die wenig gekühlten Milchprodukte vermeiden, aber sonst war alles super.

Gratis pick up vom Flughafen. Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal, besonders Alibaba, der jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Es werden direkt im Hotel diverse Trips in und um Cairo angeboten, die man je nachdem individuell gestalten kann. Wunderschöne Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Pyramiden, unglaublich eindrücklich. Die Dachterasse durften wir auch benutzen nach dem Aus-checken und auch ägyptische Freunde mit hoch nehmen. Wunderbares Frühstück und gratis Wasser den ganzen Tag.

Leider hat Expedia mir für drei erwachsene Personen ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht - wir haben ein Klappbett dazu bekommen und mussten noch extra (für das Bett) Geld bezahlen. Dadurch war das Zimmer plötzlich zu klein. Ansonsten war alles perfekt! Vor allem Service (danke an Alibaba), Sauberkeit und Lokation!

Hotel wunderbar. Einzig der Service im Restaurant ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Chef kommandiert seine Angestellten permanent herum und krümmt selbst kein Bein. Außerhalb des Hotels werden Touristen sofort von Hustlern belästigt.

Atemberaubende Sicht - Sehr freundliches Personal
Habe dieses Hotel mit Flug für 8 Tage für meine Freundin und mich gebucht. Sehr begeistert über die gegebene Preis Leistung. Freundlichkeit ist hier ganz oben dabei. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Säfte sind genial, leider hängt einem des Ei nach wenigen Tagen zum Hals heraus, Abwechslung ist anders. Allgemein ist die ägyptische Küche sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Hatten nach wenigen Tagen Magenprobleme. Nachdem man sich also durchprobiert hat empfehle ich das "Chicken Pane" was sehr gut zu genießen ist und leicht für den Magen. Notfalls gibt es 100M weiter KFC und Pizza Hut. Es werden sehr viele Touren angeboten mit Guides in vielen sprachen. War sehr hilfreich und die Gizeh Tour war sehr schön, Quad Tour sehr spaßig. Ägypten ist leider sehr vermüllt und auf offener Straße muss man hart sein und wegschauen denn man wird sehr oft angebettelt. Wer darüber hinwegschauen kann hat aber mit diesem Hotel eine sehr angenehme, saubere Wahl mit einem Blick der nie langweilig wird.

Eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Pyramiden.
Die Außenfassade und Umgebung des Hotels etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, laut und es riecht nach Pferden, Kamelen und Eseln. Dieses gibt einen ein Gefühl der alten Zeiten. Das Hotel von innen sauber und ok. Das Zimmer war sehr laut ganz besonders von 4 bis 7 Uhr morgens, jeden Tag. Auf Bitten haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, „es war etwas besser“. Obwohl wir unseren Aufenthalt von 4 auf 2 Tage vor der Anreise gekürzt haben hat man uns das Geld nicht erstattet obwohl aller versprechen vor dem Check-In und einen Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten, auch auf Grund der schlechten Nachtruhe.

Perfekte Lage für die Pyramiden
Von außen wirkt das Hotel sehr unscheinbar, da es unten nur aus einer Türe besteht. Es befindet sich genau gegenüber vom Eingang der "Pyramids Sound and Light Show" und unmittelbar am Rande der Wüste und nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt von den Pyramiden. Vom Zimmer aus und von der Dachterasse, auf der auch das Frühstück serviert wird, hat man eine perfekte Sicht auf die drei großen Pyramiden. Außerdem kann man Abends vom Hotel aus auch die oben erwähnte Sound and Light Show bestaunen. Das Zimmer sah besser aus als es die Bilder im Internet erwarten ließen und es war auch ziemlich sauber. Es wurde täglich gereinigt und Wasserflaschen wurden kostenlos aufgefüllt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre war sehr freundschaftlich. Wer hauptsächlich nach Kairo reist, um die Pyramiden zu besichtigen wird keine besseres Hotel als dieses finden.

Viel gelobt .....?
Das Hotel ist sicherlich eine günstige und vor allen Dingen gute Lage zu den Pyramiden. Nur darf man nicht in der Nacht mit dem Flugzeug ankommen. Denn, so informierte uns der Hotel Manager, könnte es sein, dass das gebuchte und bezahlte Zimmer "für ein paar Stunden" anderweitig vermietet wird. Das ist nicht akzeptabel und ein Ersatzzimmer, das überhaupt nicht den Kriterien entspricht (kein Fenster, klein, stickig), die man bei der Wahl des Zimmertyps ausgewählt hatte (Deluxe mit Pyramidenblick) ist keine Option. Zumal das Ersatzzimmer erst nach einer langen Wartezeit angeboten wurde (morgens 4.00 bis 9.30 saßen wir auf der Terrasse und wurden Stunde um Stunde damit vertröstet, dass unser Zimmer gleich fertig sei).

Tolle Lage gegenüber von den Pyramiden
Herorragende Lage direkt gegenüber den Pyramiden. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Große einigermaßen komfortable Zimmer. Isolation der Fenster schlecht deshalb laut wenn Menschen vor dem Hotel. Service bis auf eine Ausnahme bemüht, erwas lansam und im allgemeinen gut. Leider erst auf intensive Nachfrage das richtige Zimmer bekommen. Es gibt Zimmer ohne Fenster, bis auf einen schmalen Sehschlitz, die nicht empfehlenswert sind.

This hotel is very clean and nice but in a depressed economic area--Giza. In the U.S.this is probably like our Comfort Inn or Motel 6 properties except with a million dollar view of the pyramids from rooms and rooftop restaurant. The staff was very helpful. They arranged transport from/to airport. Our driver (Alibaba), gave us tremendous insights (above and beyond) on our way to airport. We arranged a tour through the hotel of the new Grand Egyptian Museum and old Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The guide they sent was university trained and she was excellent. This hotel was an excellent value (about $125 including tax per night for 3 nights). Breakfast was included and was very good but not great in terms of variety. We ate dinner there twice and it was a good value for the money and more food than we needed-with a million dollar view during the meal. Negatives were these-small leak under sink that I just put one of our towels down during the stay and water would spray out of the shower on to the tile needing other towels to wipe it up. Elevator went out of service our last day. If you have mobility issues then it might be difficult to get to the restaurant on the roof as the elevator only goes to the 4th floor and then you must walk up an additional set of stairs to the rooftop.

Spectacular view from the rooftop restaurant and also from our room with the property set due east of the Great Sphinx and pyramid of Khafre (the one with the remaining limestone top). The hotel front door is 20 meters from the entrance to the evening light and sound show (that you can definitely watch from the rooftop) such that you are absolutely in the heart of the old neighborhood of camels, donkey carts and pyramid complex visitors. Food and restaurant service exceeded expectations; nice Egyptian mixed grill and collection of smoothies. Completely suitable and helpful-to-have breakfast at the same open air rooftop restaurant.

ピラミッドが目の前なので景色がいいです。入口も(正面口ではないが)近く、すぐにピラミッドエリアに入れるので観光がしやすいです。また、朝食の時間がお昼の12:00までの所がとてもいいと思いました。 ピラミッドは7:00から(ラマダン期間中は8:00)からなので、開場と同時に入り、一通り観光した11:30頃に朝食を食べれた事は本当に良かったです。 後は、日本人の良い口コミが多いので日本人が多めでした。スタッフもフレンドリーで面白く、またギザに来たら絶対ここに泊まりたいと思います。 ただ、シャワー利用中、お湯がだんだんぬるくなりました。おそらく私が使いすぎているからだと思うのですが、2日間ともシャワー終わりはちょっと寒かったです。あと、スリッパがあったらなお良かったです。

Wow this place horrible . If you want the hood come here. People smoke in the lobby. They were doing construction at 3am not joking. Mold in the shower and the water heater was leaking all night . Unbelievable views from rooftop dining area, some rooms also stunning views, worth paying extra for. Basic but nice breakfasts. Dining at night during light shows on pyramids was excellent. Lovely Egyptian theme throughout hotel was lovely. Staff were all lovely, overall very pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate booking it again. Small property no pool but amazing view.

- Positives: The view of the pyramids from the balcony and/or rooftop is unbeatable. Having one of the national dishes of Egypt (koshary “delivered”) eating it in the balcony with the pyramids in the background was out of this world. Staff were very welcoming at the front desk. Breakfast was lovely (Egyptian authentic food) served with love by phenomenal staff. Finally, a special thanks to Mohammed the room/bag service guy, he gave me lots of helpful tips and was very honest. - Negatives: unfortunately, the area is not well maintained in front of and around the hotel nor cleaned; thus, you can smell animal poo from the room. Rooms are not insulated and you can pretty much hear the foot steps from the street and outside the room. Room doors are old school and extremely loud when closed, with the walls not insulated, expect to wake up from deep sleep every time a room door in your level closes (like it is being slammed shut). Showers have no curtains (causing entire bathroom to be covered in water) and the heater barely allows one quick shower before it runs out of hot water when full. When I asked for a curtain, they said “we sent someone to buy it, he’ll be there to put it in 10 minutes.” I called again 3 hours later and still got the same answer (the 10 minutes lasted my entire stay and I still didn’t get the curtain lol). Finally, for the price I paid, this was not what I expected.

This was a great hotel right across the street from the Giza pyramid complex. It was clean, professional, and has great food.
