Close administrative centre perfect stay in Cairo
Close to ministries and the new administrative centre of Egypt and Cairo, middle way between airport and town in an excellent environment with very good restaurants and garden the hotel offers a perfect stay

Hôtel merveilleux et jardins splendides. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée, du coup impossible de se baigner au mois de décembre. Les chambres sont belles, confortables et spacieuses, le seul bémol, la moquette qui n est pas très bien nettoyée. Je recommande cet établissement, très bon rapport qualité prix et accueil chaleureux

Room hardware is aged. Air condition doesnt well functioned. Very noisy on holiday because of the wedding party. You have to DIY when you need a taxi, like Uber. Others are fine...

We loved our stay at the Al Masa. The property is a peaceful respite from the chaos of Cairo. Easy access to the Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Coptic and Islamic Cairo; and more. Breakfast was incredible.

This hotel is perfect! Super nice everywhere! Very clean , Nice customer service, this hotel has 2 main buildings, beautiful lobbies, nice pool area and 5 very good restaurants, a cinema, gym , bowling area and nice gardens, Hotel situated in a. Ice area I will come back here next I come to Cairo for sure!

The property was beautiful and well manicured. It was so much to do and see on the property you really don't need to go out unless you're going on a tour. I stayed for 6 days and didn't explore the entire property. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. There's a bowling alley, several restaurant options, lounges, hookahs, movie theater, bank, swimming pools, etc. Definitely worth booking and enjoying. The only negative is they could get rid of the carpet in the rooms but it's not a deal breaker.

Amazing hotel with extraordinary gardens
Amazing stay i was threaled by the hotel, it should be named a resourt or compund the landscape is out of this word and the facilities are perfect including the Lebanese restuarant Vila Beirut, the seafood restaurant Murjana, and also the cinima and bowling buildings.

Amazing stay! The staff is so friendly here both to locals and to foreigners. To me it seems that they feel they are doing a service to their country by working in the hotel and take the job seriously. There are so many activities to do in just the hotel alone and the views are stunning. I really did not want to leave. The rooms however could be a little better. They are clean and comfortable they just don't seem nearly as well maintained as the rest of the hotel.

very nice 7 star hotel, had a great experience , staff are very friendly , professional, made our stay very comfort and pleasant , in house restaurants serving a different varieties of Excellent food, clean , modern , spacious up graded executive suites, definitely will revisit in our future trip to Egypt.

For families with young children, the hotel facility versus what you might book on expedia/booking doesn't match up. It is ok for twin/king rooms. Staff were ok but can be quite abrupt sometimes. Make sure you check if you have paid before checking out if booked with booking/expedia. Was staying with friends for a wedding and there was some confusion about payments with a friend where they hadn't paid but hotel staff only realised this after checked-out and were being hassled by hotel staff, leading to someone coming out at 1am to settle the bill.

The suites were palatial! With 3 restaurants the hotel was well served but the Beirut Restaurant was the best along with the buffet breakfasts. Coffee from machines were not always great.

Staff need training
Staff asked us to pay more for a room upgrade at check-in by threatening us that we would be given a small room with no window in an older building otherwise. This should not have been the case as we had chosen a room with balcony/patio with resort views. At check-out, we stored our luggage with them and staff just bluntly claimed they did not have it when we returned to collect it in the afternoon. After asking them to check (3 times at least), they finally agreed to look in the storage and found our luggage. Very poorly organised and staff were not helpful at all. I would definitely not return because of the service.
