Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der City
Das Hotel war super gelegen, mitten in der City in der Einkaufspassage. Alles war zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dahin 😊!

Super Hotel in der Innenstadt, man sollte aber bedenken dass man kaum einen Parkplatz bekommt. Aber in der Nähe gibt es ein parkhaus für 6,- Euro am Tag

Der Check in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer waren leider der Beschreibung nach für Gruppe aus 4 Personen nicht richtig! Wie wurden alle in ein einziges Zimmer gepackt, aus der Beschreibung heraus sollte es sich um zwei Zimmer handeln. Das war unangenehm! Der Boden im ganzen Zimmer und Bad war ungewaschen, das war sehr unangenehm! Andere Punkte wurden zur Zufriedenheit erfüllt.

Historic building in close proximity to the city centre shops, restaurants and museums. High ceilings, lots of character. Light and bright entrance hallway to the apartments. However, shower sealant was black and the room was dusty. No protectors on mattress or pillows means slightly grubby pillows on show. Room had coffee making facilities but they charge for it which was surprising. Easy fixes but let them down compared to other Cagliari rooms.

Very central location, with plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom a very good size - the room overall was very good! Given it’s on the pricier side and marketed as a “boutique” hotel, I think the bathroom needs some TLC, and there could be a better check-in service/ clearer instructions - there was nobody there when we arrived and had to ring to get the codes to be able to enter. However staff were super friendly and helpful, and would stay again!

Stanza molto bella, recentemente rinnovata, spaziosa e arredata con gusto; situata al secondo piano di una palazzo antico in pieno centro a Cagliari; peccato pero' per la pulizia molto approssimativa. Altra nota negativa : avevo richiesto un servizio di pick up all'aeroporto alla struttura, che mi è stato confermato per iscritto; peccato che il driver non si sia presentato, e non essendo stato possibile comunicare con qualcuno della struttura telefonicamente (il cellulare che mi era stato dato risultava non raggiungibile), dopo un'attesa di 1 ora, ho dovuto prendere un taxi urbano pagando piu' di quello che avevo preventivato con la struttura. Nonostante le scuse all'arrivo per il mancato servizio, non ci è piu' stato spiegato il motivo del disguido nè tantomeno rivolto un gesto commerciale di scuse. Per finire, avevo concordato un determinato orario di check in, ma purtroppo la camera al nostro arrivo non era pronta: ci è stata mostrata sporca, ci sono state date le chiavi, ma vi abbiamo potuto lasciare solo le valigie; le pulizie sarebbero state effettuate nelle successive due ore e di conseguenza abbiamo dovuto cambiare i nostri programmi per la mattina. Troverei piu' corretto da parte della struttura specificare che è la consegna delle chiavi che avviene a orario concordato, non la consegna della stanza. Sinceramente, non trovo che il servizio valga il prezzo pagato.

Valentina was wonderful in telling us where to go and what we can do while in Cagliari! We had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint would be the noise in the evening as the Main Street can get quite busy but it calms down around 11pm.

Estuvimos en la junior suite, que es muy amplia. Le falla la limpieza y que es ruidoso ya que da a la calle y se oye el ruido. No sé si volvería a alojarme allí. Si vas con coche no tiene parking, hay uno a 10 minutos andando.

Un affittacamere nella media, in centro città
Quando ho prenotato una camera in questa struttura le mie aspettative erano molto alte. Mi son dovuto però ricredere, in quanto dal vivo non ho avuto lo stesso "effetto WOW" che ebbi a casa. I vantaggi di questo hotel son: -La posizione ottima al centro della città -il bagno ben arredato e molto gradevole esteticamente -la presenza di una TV molto grande in camera - è presente la macchina del caffè in camera (purtroppo le capsule non sono in omaggio) Gli svantaggi: - visuale dal balcone sul cortile interno un po' trascurato - stanza piuttosto piccola - cattivi odori in stanza - letto leggermente scomodo e cuscini sottilissimi In generale l'esperienza non è stata negativa, ciononostante credo che la prossima volta opterò per un'altra sistemazione

Central Boutique Style
The rooms are set in an old charming building right in the heart of the City and close to everything. Parking is a bit of a trek but at Euro 6 for 24 hours in a safe proper carpark its no biggie. The room was lovey with a huge chandelier clean and sheets changed every other day which was a great touch. Andreas was very friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. Only slight compliant were the pillow which were too soft and flat but Andreas provided extra co no problem really! There is a lift so accessibly not an issue. The location is handy for everything and the bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance. Can get a bit noisy but that's Mediterranean life style and part of the charm. Had a great time there and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Cagliari

Przyjemny pobyt
Wygodny pokój, idealna lokalizacja, przyjazna obsługa. Dostałyśmy mapkę okolicy i intrukcje jak dotrzeć do wybranych miejsc. Obsługa była niewidoczna i zjawiała się w odpowiedniej chwili. Można było wybrać opcje ze śniadaniem, z ktorej nie skorzystaalysmy, ale następnym napewno sie na nia zdecydujemy.

We liked the room, but had booked a luxury suite and we were given a double room, not what we paid for. After complaining, they admitted their mistake apologised and gave a refund. But basically we were disappointed not getting our choice and had wanted the suite for comfort. They have a small number of rooms, it can't be too difficult to not over book, also we felt why had we been given the double? We were there early enough.

Une très belle chambre en plein coeur de ville
Chambre confortable en plein centre ville. Douche très agréable. Seul inconvénient il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner ils nous envoient dans un petit café à proximité.
