Great hotel, but a total nightmare with the deposit refund!
The Good:
The hotel itself was actually great. The rooms felt brand new, modern, and were spotlessly clean. The staff on-site were also very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect up until check-out.
The Bad (and the reason for this rating):
I left a deposit at check-in. It has now been 3 weeks since our stay, and the money has still not been refunded to my account.
What makes it even worse is the complete lack of customer service: I have sent 4 emails and messages to the hotel, but I have not received a single reply. Keeping a guest's money and completely ignoring their messages is incredibly unprofessional and ruins the entire experience.
Summary: Beautiful hotel, but the post-stay customer service is a disaster. I hope management reads this and finally resolves my issue!"
