The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. We were a small group three adults and one teenager, so when I say we had room LOTS and it was EXCELLENT!! Although it says not baby ...

The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate.“

Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay.“

„Overall it was a nice comfortable house to stay a few nights in. Buffalo as a city is...rough...the area isn't the nicest but the inside of the house was nice. Washrooms were clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Parking right out front which is convenient. Short Uber ride to the casino and KeyBank center. Will stay again in the future. „The property was very nice. There’s a very nice backyard but not really set up to sit out and enjoy the nice weather. The front door is very tricky with the keypad. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it !!“

„We came to town for a family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. It is set up almost like a duplex, so my family was able to stay downstairs and my sister's family was able to stay upstairs. Very clean and LOTS of towels if you need them! Management was very attentive. Highly recommend!“

„Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but ...
