The mattress was ancient. I couldn’t sleep all night because I was sinking into it and dying of back pain. Also, the toilet bowl was super tiny. I’ve never seen one that small at a hotel. Not even in Europe!

Carpets were very dirty. Need to be replaced. Dropped something behind the bed. Disgusting amount of dust and dirt on the wooden headboatd frame that would not be visible unless you needed to move the bed. Red toothpick on the carpet near the bed.

We had the jacuzzi in the honeymoon suite and it was awesome. Should provide instructions on how to drain the tub. Very unique decor.

The hot tub didn’t work so they switch me then the other room they switch me to the bed smelled like pee the switch another room they hot tub are broken like just I wouldn’t recommend that a person spend then money there

It is like an old Vegas hotel that should likely be torn down. Online looks fine but don’t look too close as it has a dirty underbelly. Kitschy decor and dated.

Place was neat. Different. Had problems connecting to the wifi, but it may have been a one off scenario. I recommend the jacuzzi tub suite. That was awesome!

The property is old but everything was neat and tidy. Definitely a more interesting imaginative decor than your usual chain hotel, which contributed overall to a pleasant stay.

I love that all the rooms have the jet tubs those little jets really smooth my bad. The rooms are always clean and the shower cap was definitely a plus

I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. This time, my room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. There were beads on the floor and water bottle under the dresser. The sink still had toothpaste remnants. My room had no remote for the tv. I don’t think I’ll stay again.

We got the jacuzzi room. I wish it had the sinks and stuff like in the other rooms. Bed was okay. Dipped down a little. They could use an upgrade with the carpeting but the lobby was beautiful and statues they had in there was breathtaking! I would stay there again but maybe get a different room.

The Place like I call it . This is my home away from home . I wouldn’t change it for no other hotel in Buffalo . I’m family to the staff there . Everything I’ve ask for has been there . By the way it’s the only hotel with a dry Sauna .

I stay here once or twice a month because it’s convenient, usually not terrible, and fits the “roof over my head” criteria I can get fairly cheap through Expedia. These last couple times have been, um, less than decent. The ATM in the lobby gave me less than it should have, and even though the sheen of concern was there, no one cared enough to deal with it. This weekend, I was in a room with no internet, and even though there were times that weren’t in their self prescribed “dead zone” available, I wasn’t allowed to move to an equitably priced spot. Fast forward to this morning, and the shower backed up so quickly, I spent the better part of an hour moping water out of the slipperiest bathroom I’ve ever encountered. The man behind the front desk seemed to be practicing his ability to stare through people while I talked, and I ended up leaving with nothing to show for any of it except sore knees from cleaning, and an upcoming search for a hotel that won’t actively steal from me. Not so cool beans.

Was probably beautiful once upon a time. But it is very outdated and needs some major renovations. Old, mismatched furniture in room, black mold in bathroom and around windows. Staff was not very helpful.

The tv didn't work. Staff simply said that there was no tech to help. No offer of another room, even though the hotel was very quiet and clearly had empty rooms. Asked for a room refresh better my 2 nights and they said "absolutely" when I specifically asked for new shampoos, towels, and my bed to be made. None of these happened. Hardly the VIP hotel experience that I've come to expect from Expedia.

The room seemed to be missing basic necessities, even though I booked and paid for the most luxurious room in the hotel. Was slightly inconvenient having to keep going down to the front desk. When I called asking if someone could bring the items up that were not available. I was told I have to come down and get them myself.
