Villa Luca
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Luca war grandios. Ein perfektes Haus. Kurz zusammengefasst: küchenausstattung 👍, Lage 👍, Einkausmärkte in nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die traumhaften Stände in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen, der gigantische saubere Pool 👍 ( Beschwerden bzgl. Einsehbarkeit können wir nicht wirklich bestätigen, da das Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse ist und hier kein Durchgangsverkehr herrscht. Die wenige Villen in dieser Straße sind durch ein elekt. Tor für den Zugang/Zufahrt fremder Urlauber versperrt. ) Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! Danke auch für den frühen Check In 8.00 und den späten Check out 20.00 das hat uns zwei tolle zusätzliche Tage beschert.

Gerne wieder!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Luca sehr genossen. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (1 und 3 Jahre alt) für eine Woche dort und es gab ein babybett und Hochstühle für die Kinder und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt aber super schön und sauber und es gibt auch ein paar Spielzeuge fürs Wasser. Abends ist er wunderschön beleuchtet und man kann noch toll draußen sitzen. Die Lage in der privatstraße mit elektronischem Tor ist auch super und man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in Budoni - ein Supermarkt ist auch per Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell nach San Teodoro gefahren. Wir würden gern wiederkommen :)

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super klasse und die Übergabe des Schlüssels war ganz unkompliziert. Der Pool des Hauses ist ein Traum und unsere Kinder ( 13 und 7 Jahre) haben ihn täglich genutzt. Das Ferienhaus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familie brauchte. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir uns wünschten. Was uns etwas irritierte war, das in der Beschreibung stand, das „Bettwäsche / Handtücher bereitgestellt werden“ Allerdings ist dies noch mit Kosten verbunden. Und hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Villa Luca im Juni
Es war soweit alles ok. Gut gefallen hat uns: Der Empfang hat sehr gut geklappt. Maria hat uns alles gezeigt und war zu fast jeder Zeit erreichbar und es wurde schnell via WhatsApp geantwortet. Es war alles sauber und der Garten war gepflegt. Der Stellplatz ist auch gut, da das Auto im Schatten steht. Etwas enttäuschend sind die Extrakosten wie Endreinigung und Bettwäsche. Ebenfalls werden keine Pool- oder Strandhandtücher kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Könnte man in der Preisklasse schon erwarten. Wie auf den Bilder auf erkennbar hat man keine absolute Privatsphäre. Der Pool und Garten sind komplett einsehbar. Ansonsten hat es uns auf Sardinien in der Villa Luca gefallen.

Talking about the linen we have chosen to give you the possibility to chose whether to pay an extra for it, with the advantage that you find the beds ready, or to bring yours. Eigentlich könnte man die Bewertung kurz halten: Alles Perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin war stets unkompliziert, freundlich und es wurde promt geantwortet. Es erwatete uns ein sehr sauberes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Umgebung mit super Nachbarn. Der Garten und der Pool waren top gepflegt, die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefüht und konnten uns erholen. Eine Sache möchte Ich gerne noch erwähnen, die nach unseren Erfahrungen nicht üblich ist. Wir durften schon direkt am frühen Morgen nach unserer Ankunft mit der Fähre einchecken UND am Abreisetag durften wir bis Abends kutz vor Abfahrt im Haus verweilen. Das war ein toller Luxus und fast 2 geschenkte Tage. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisches Haus mit tollem Pool
Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Lucca. Ich kann es nur sehr weiter empfehlen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Schon auf der Anreise hatten wir einen unkomplizierten Whatsapp Kontakt mit Francesca (Eigentümerin). Maria hatte uns dann dort sehr herzlich empfangen und die wichtigsten Informationen mitgeteilt. Das Haus ist klein, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. Eine tolle kleine Küche (inkl. Abwaschmaschine und Kaffemaschine) und ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Die Kinder haben vorallem den Pool sehr genossen. Tanaunella ist ziemlich klein und überschaubar, aber gut angeschlossen und schnell ist man in Budoni oder San Teodoro mit vielen Restaurants, Einkaufsläden.

This villa turns your holiday into an unforgettable experience in Sardinia !
Villa Luca is the perfect place for a perfect holiday : with its infinity pool, large terrace and the adjacent empty soccer court where the boys could play as much as they wanted, it is the perfect location to relax. It is very well situated to do beach hopping, and in about 10 minutes, you reach the lively town of San Teodoro. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk and the Budoni centre with shops and daily night market is only a 5 minutes drive. Francesca is an extremely friendly and helpful host. Timely and great communication made check-in and check-out very uncomplicated and flexible. I can very much recommend Villa Luca for an unforgettable stay in Sardinia !

Perfekter Familienurlaub
Perfekte Organisation trotz kurzfristiger Buchung. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation per Mail und WhatsApp. Detaillierte Beschreibung der Anfahrt mit Fotos und freundliche Begrüßung vor Ort. Das Quartier liegt in einer Anlage mit mehreren Ferienhäusern in einer ruhigen, mit einem Tor verschlossenen Sackgasse. Das Haus ist funktionell eingerichtet und für eine Familie mit bis zu 5 Personen gut geeignet. Das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool mit Sprungbrett war natürlich das Highlight für die Kinder. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Luca sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Klare Empfehlung!
Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in der Villa Luca verbracht und wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Der eigene Pool im Garten war ein Traum. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön und man hat von der Terrasse ein wunderschönen weiten Blick.

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut und der Kontakt lief unkompliziert. Der schönste Strand ist Fußläufig zu erreichen und nach budoni sind es mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten. Unsere Jungs haben gerne auf dem gegenüberliegenden Fußballplatz mit den italienischen Kindern fussball gespielt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gorgeous vacation in Villa Luca
We, a family of 4, spend one week in the Villa Luca and we had a great and relaxing time, the Villa was fantastic. Everything was as discribed even better. When we arrived in the morning the Villa was ready available, long before the agreed check-in time (many thanks to Mariantonietta). Everything was perfect clean. The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Coffee Maschine, Microwave, Toaster, 5 flames gas stove with oven. Enough plates and silverware for 10 people. There is also enough space in the wardrobe for all the belongings. Now to the highlight, The Terrace an der the infinity pool. The big extendable Teaktable for 8 with the the white curtains was great for all meals we had. Around the pool there are 4 sun beds, 2 deck chairs and a sun umbrella. The pool is big. My favorit. The pool and garden service was done early mornings so that we almost didn’t recognize it. The neighborhood is build in the same style as Villa Luca and very quiet. The gate does have access control via code. Finally, There was nothing to complain and we can recommend to 100%

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir haben Anfang Oktober 10 Tage Ruhe und Erholung in dem sehr schönen Haus genossen. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen (2 Kinder) perfekt. Der Pool mit Sprungbrett ist ein Traum. Die Kinder waren gar nicht aus dem Wasser zu bekommen. Haus, Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Mehrmals wurde der Poll gereinigt. Für unsere Ball spielenden Jungs war der nahe gelegene Fussballplatz (Kunstrasen) eine große Freude. Mit dem Auto haben wir die zahlreichen, sehr schönen Strände der Umgebung erkundet. Lieben Dank nochmals an Francesca für den freundlichen Kontakt und die hilfreichen Ratschläge. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Best wishes!

Fantastisch! Die Villa ist genauso fabelhaft wie sie auf den Bildern dargestellt wird.
Die Villa Luca hat gehalten was sie versprochen hatte. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte und relaxte Zeit dort. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, freundlich und absolut sicher. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation war sehr einfach und problemlos.

Liebevolles Ferienhaus
Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist toll gepflegt und alles was man im Urlaub braucht, war vorhanden - selbst in der Küche, wo häufig irgendetwas fehlt. Den schönen Pool haben wir dank des schönen Wetters häufig benutzt - ist einfach herrlich! Ganz rührend hat sich auch Mariantoinette vor Ort um uns gekümmert - egal worum es ging, sie war immer super gut erreichbar und hat uns immer schnell geholfen...:-) Die Kommunikation hat dank Google etc. auch prima geklappt. Vielen lieben Dank für die beiden tollen Gastgeber Francesca, die uns auch mit netten Restaurantempfehlungen versorgt und Dank an die gute Seele vor Ort! Jederzeit wieder!

Lovely villa - pure relaxation
The villa offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Everything is clean, neat and fully functional, according to the description from Francesca. From the terrace you have a wonderful view on the pool, illuminated in the night. The surrounding area with other similar villas is well maintained and quiet. You can grill at home or go to one of the restaurants nearby. Supermarkets with bakery and butcher are also very close. The pool is cleaned regularly and big enough to do some laps or just to have fun. Who likes to run or walk, can go to the beach S. Anna (about 1,5 km) and run there in the pine forest along the coast with splendid view. Due to the glorious sunshine it was very helpful to have the possibility to park the car under a carport, so it was not too hot inside. If any questions or problems arise one can contact a very nice person on site, you get the number before arrival. Francesca, mille grazie per una settimana fantastica. Ci manca villa Luca giá:-)

Nice villa in very quiet area
Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. Overall nice stay if youre looking for a quiet villa for a lazy break. Communication was great and check in/out very smooth.

Beautiful villa near amazing beaches
Villa Luca is an incredible little Villa perfect for a small family. It’s well equipped and the garden and pool are amazing. Worth noting the pool isn’t heated, which makes it a great escape from the heat but quite cold for small children. The local beaches are amazing with crystal clear waters and white sand. Would recommend hiring a car to make it easy to get to Budoni and other local areas too.

Lovely villa in an excellent location
We had an amazing time at Villa Luca. It was very relaxing. The pool and small diving board provided many hours of fun. The communication with Francesca was superb and she was on hand to help immediately with any problems via WhatsApp. Football pitch closeby where kids would play football but this wasn’t a problem at all. Quite close to other villas but generally very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend car hire to see the beaches but there is one that is within a walking distance. Overall, a fantastic stay and would re-visit in a heartbeat.

Ciao Alessandro grazie, Sono dispiaciuta, ma purtroppo quest'anno particolarmente caldo ha provocato degli sbalzi dei valori dell'acqua della piscina e anche se, i nostri tecnici intervengono tempestivamente, occorrono alcuni giorni per sistemare i valori, per fortuna però, si é potuto usare ugualmente la piscina senza problemi.

Wonderful week away
The Villa was perfect for our weeks holiday we had everything we needed and beautiful surroundings to enjoy whilst relaxing at the villa. The pool is fantastic and provided great joy to all of us and we enjoyed our visits to the local beach the sea was beautiful. We explored some of the coastline and did a snorkelling trip from Poltu Quatu which was amazing. The local restaurants were great too we walked to the Pizzeria and the restaurant in the centre of town and both were fantastic and the restaurant at the beach was amazing too. Sardinia is a beautiful country and we all really enjoyed our visit and our stay in the Villa. Thank you very much.

A great week at Villa Luca
Two years later than planned - thanks COVID - we finally made it to Sardinia, and it was definitely worth the wait. The sun shone, and Villa Luca had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The undoubted star of the show was the pool - our six year old described it as amazing - but we also made good use of the veranda, barbecue, and well-equipped kitchen. Communication, check in, and check out were excellent, with some good suggestions of beaches and local restaurants to visit. Overall, we thought Villa Luca was a lovely place to stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

A perfect balance
This holiday villa was a great find. So easy from Olbia airport, easy keys handover, clean and comfortable accommodation. It was an easy walk to the beach, supermarket and local dining options. The highlight of this villa is the pool area. It was clean, a good size, attractive to sit by, lots of sun loungers, a diving board for the kids and all day sun. If you wish to escape the sun, the lovely curtained outdoor area was ideal. We didn’t eat out as much as we usually do due to Covid, so we enjoyed the outdoor table and drinks on the outdoor sofas after the kids were in bed. We all loved our week at this villa and I’d really like to be able to book it again - perhaps even for a long weekend, due to its proximity to Olbia airport. A note - don’t let the football pitch in front of the villa deter you - it proved entertaining to watch and easy to ignore if you wished. If it weren’t for Covid considerations I would have allowed our kids to join in.

Beautiful villa with lovely grounds and pool
We had a lovely relaxing stay. We are a family of 5 with 2 teens and 1 “tween”. The villa is very compact - I wouldn’t have wanted more than 5 staying there - but there is loads of outside space which is all you need when the sun shines. The villa, pool and surrounding space was immaculately clean with every you need for a comfortable stay. Great communication from the owner. Our boys loved having the football pitch close by where they played with many Italian boys.

Une belle semaine à la villa Luca
Nous avons passé un bon séjour à la villa Luca. La maison est très belle et bien entretenue avec beaucoup de détails et de goût. La piscine et le jardin sont superbes et rendent le séjour très agréable. La climatisation est aussi très appréciable. À noter tout de même la présence d’un terrain de foot en face de la maison. Francesca a été très attentionnée et nous la remercions. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour.

The villa was beautiful & in a perfect location to explore. The beach was just a 10 minute walk & there was several restaurants & supermarket within easy walking distance. Beautiful Villa Luca
Excellently equipped property, beautifully maintained grounds and area. Accommodated 7 of us easily and particularly liked the heated outdoor shower! Local pizzeria and restaurant served delicious food and the beaches start a 20 minute walk away. Francesca provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival and Marionetta was helpful during our stay. Fantastic holiday, would definitely recommend Villa Luca!

Prima huisje voor bij mooi weer
Alleen helaas hadden wij een zeer regenachtige week. Hierdoor viel de stroom uit en daarmee ook de Wi-Fi. Er was weinig warm water dus douchen moesten We goed plannen. Het huisje is van binnen prima maar klein en ingesteld op voornamelijk buiten verblijf op de veranda bij het zwembad en de bbq. Als dat allemaal te koud en nat is blijft er weinig ruimte over.

I'm sorry, at the end of April last year in Sardinia There were 25/28 degrees of temperature unfortunately I can not change the weather, at home it is boring to stay, but our staf is quick to come to the rescue. there are beautiful excursions you can do, the city of Orgosolo, Alghero, the costa Smeralda the Nuraghi the museum arts and traditions Olbia.... Sardinia is beautiful even without sun!!!

Praktisch en toch gezellig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke tuin met schoon zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. Diverse mooie stranden vlakbij. We hebben genoten!

Amazing, relaxing and everything that matters.
Wonderful getaway place not far from the beach, shops and anything you need. Villa Luca is clean and tidy and has every little detail that you would need for you short break or long stay holiday. Booking in was a treat, as the owner is really helpful and friendly. The pool is amazing during the hot days and nights and the pool lights gives the place a special atmosphere. Will definitely go again and do recommend it.

Gorgeous, well equipped villa
We had a lovely week at Villa Luca. The villa was in a great location, the kids enjoyed using the pool every day. Easy walk to a local supermarket, lovely beach nearby. Great location for exploring the East coast and central region of Sardinia.

Perfect!
We stayed a week in this beatiful house! Everything was nice, clean and well maintained! Easy to find from the airport in Olbia thanks to excellent instructions from the owner. Beatiful beaches nereby and also a good place for excursion to other places.
